Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) the length of National highways built, operated and maintained in the country since the year 2000 with year wise and province wise break up; (b) the number of toll plazas established on the said highways and the amount collected from the same during that period with year wise and province wise break up; and (c) the amount spent on the maintenance of those highways during the said period with year wise and province wise break up?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state the date of approval of the project for dualization of the Muzaffargarh-Dera Ghazi Khan road (N-70) indicating also the original estimated cost of the project, the amount released and utilized on the same so far with year wise break up and the time by which it will be completed?

Will the Minister for Foreign Affairs be pleased to state the names and designations of officers / officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs who went abroad on official visits during the last two years indicating also the purpose of visit and expenditure incurred in each case?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that farmers have been using non-certified seeds for growing potatoes in the country, if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to develop a crop rotation system and cyst resistant seed verities of potato in the country, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a the names of public sector universities in the country which are imparting education of science and technology in collaboration with international foreign universities/institutes; (b) the details of the said universities which are duly affiliated with foreign universities/institutes; and (c) the steps taken by the Government to bring the education of science and technology in the country at par with international standards during the last three years?

Will the Minister for Foreign Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the names, educational qualifications, cadre and place of domicile of the persons working in BPS-17 and above in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; (b) the number of those officers who are working on deputation basis; and (c) the number of posts in the said grades lying vacant in that Ministry at present?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state the number of students and capacity of hostels in the HEC registered Universities in Islamabad at present with University wise break up?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state whether it is a fact that around 50 posts are lying vacant in the National Commission for Human Development (NCHD), if so, the details thereof with grade wise and quota wise break up and the time by which the same will be advertised and filled in?
