Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the total number of Federal Government Hospitals and Dispensaries in Hyderabad at present; (b) the total number of employees working in the said Hospitals and Dispensaries at present alognwith their names, domiciles and designations; and (c) whether the Government intends to setup a state of the art hospital in Hyderabad in the near future; if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a number of buildings are in a dilapidated condition due to earthquakes jolted in the various parts of the country since 01-01-2005; (b) the steps taken/being taken by the National Disaster Management Authority for demolishing/reconstruction of the said buildings; (c) whether any survey has been conducted/proposed to be conducted to check vulnerability of official, residential and other buildings in the country in order to avoid loss of lives in such natural disasters in future; and (d) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to prepare/announce a national policy or a long term plan for mitigating losses of lives and properties during natural disasters?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) has made the electricity generated from Nandipur Power Plant part of tariff in fuel adjustment charges; if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) the prescribed criteria of the NEPRA for monthly fuel adjustment at present?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state: (a) the total quantity of carbon emitted in Islamabad and its suburbs during the last three years till date; and (b) whether it is a fact that the reason for aforesaid increase is an increase in the number of vehicles and smoke emitted therefrom; if so, the steps being taken by the Government to save the environment from the effects of emission of said carbon?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state: (a) the total number of posts in the Zoological Survey of Pakistan at present; (b) the total number of posts are vacant in the said Department at present; (c) the basic objectives of the said Department; and (d) the details of works regarding breading of animals, new research and survey of animals, completed by the said Department during the last three years?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state: (a) the date on which MOU was signed between JAICA and National Disaster Management Authority to enhance the capacity of arrangements during the natural calamities, (b) the nature of assistance extended by JAICA so far in the relevant field under the said project; (c) the period for which said project will be continued; (d) the total cost to be incurred on said project; (e) the name of projects which have been implemented therefor so far alongwith the present status thereof; and (f) the name of projects to be implemented in near future therefor alongwith the details thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Aviation Division be pleased to stat: (a) the total number of air ports in the Azad Jammu and Kashmir at present; and (b) the total number of new airports are being constructed therein?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the total number of Airports in Gilgit-Baltistan at present; and (b) the total number of new Airports will be constructed in the said area in the near future?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state the total land of Argentina Park handed over to the Federal Government Polyclinic, Islamabad by the Capital Development Authority for its extension project?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state whether it is a fact that all the medicines in the Emergency of the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences, Islamabad are available free of cost at present?

Will the Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunications be pleased to state whether it is a fact that Pakistan is not a member of the Information Technology Agreement; if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister In-Charge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the admission/semester fee for the children of Government servants studying in professional Universities are being paid out of the Federal Government Employees Benevolent and Group Insurance Funds; if so, the amount thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that the said facility is not being provided to the students of the National University of Science and Technology, Islamabad; (c) if the answer to part (b) above is in the affirmative, whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to pay admission and semester fee of said students therefrom; if so, when it will be implemented?

Will the Minister for Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage be pleased to state the steps being taken by the Government to promote the identity of Pakistan on the basis of two-nation theory?

Will the Minister for Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage be pleased to state: (a) the steps taken by the Government for the implementation of the laws of the Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA); (b) the methods of monitoring of PEMRA at present?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to refer to Starred Question No.11, replied on 12-02-2016 and to state: (a) the prescribed criteria of the Pakistan Bait-ul-Mall (PBM) to provide financial assistance for marriages; (b) whether the PBM entertained such applications; if so, the name of beneficiaries to whom financial assistance has been provided during the last one year alongwith the details thereof; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to formulate a comprehensive policy to cater people who want financial assistance for marriages of their children?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to decrease the number of Subjects being taught to the students of all the Schools og Islamabad from Class-I to V; if so the time by which it will be implemented; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Ministry is utilizing General Provident Fund (GPF) of its employees for purchase of diesel; if so, the justification thereof; and (b) whether rules allow the Pakistan Railways to utilize GPF for the said purchase?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Mehrabpur Railway Station (District Naushero Feroze) has been closed; if so, the reasons thereof; (b) the step being taken by the Government to restore the said Railway Station?and

Will the Minister In-charge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state the details of immovable properties and movable assets of the Pakistan International Airlines at present alongwith the area, location and market value thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the traffic remains blocked for several hours at Islamabad Highway from Faizabad to Rawat due to which emergency patients and political dignitaries are facing difficulties; if so, the steps being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister in-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the total number of operational and non-operational Dispensaries in Islamabad at present; (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to set up new Dispensaries in respect of Population in Islamabad; if so, the details thereof; (c) whether it is a fact that the employees of the Federal Government Polyclinic, Islamabad sell most of the medicines outside the hospital; (d) if so, the steps being taken by the Government to make the process of provision of medicines to said hospital transparent; (e) if the answer to part (c) above is in the affirmative, the actions taken by the present Government against the persons involved in such illegal activities; and (f) the steps taken to ensure the provision of medicines to each patient of the said hospital?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state: (a) the details/features of Climate Change vulnerability Assessment launched by the Ministry on 5th June 2015 in the Islamabad Capital Territory; and (b) the recommendations prepared in the said study to make Islamabad a Climate resilient city?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether funds have been allocated to metal roads and to lay sewerage lines in Muhammadi Town, Sohan, Islamabad so far; and (b) the time by which the development works will be started in the said Town?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has not made any arrangement to collect garbage at the Muhammadi Town, Sohan, Islamabad; (b) whether it is also a fact that no management has been made by the CDA for cleanliness and sewerage system at the said Town; (c) whether it is further a fact that funds have not been allocated for unpaved streets, sewerage system and water supply in the said Town; (d) if the answers to part (a), (b) and (c) above are in the affirmative, the reasons thereof; and (e) the development schemes under consideration for the development of said area?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) the names of the Federal autonomous and semi autonomous departments where Computer Operators have been given BPS-16; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to grant BPS-16 to all Computer Operators working in the Federal Government Institutions; if so, the Computer Operators hailing from Balochistan out of the same to whom same scales have been given so far?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) the date on which the last integrated study was conducted to identify the weak areas of the Pakistan Railways which causes continuous losses to it alongwith the findings thereof; and (b) the implementation status of aforesaid findings?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has authorized several mobile phones sellers/companies of various brands for selling legal-registered mobile phone sets and provide damage coverage to the consumers by a contract; (b) whether it also a fact that said contract is written in a vague style which includes, small fonts and lengthy clauses; (c) whether it is further a fact that the consumers of said companies can not understand the said fonts and clauses; (d) whether such technique to write a contract is against the spirit of contract law; and (e) whether PTA has taken notice thereupon; if so, the steps being taken by the PTA for its rectification?
