Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state the details of buildings hired in Islamabad for the offices of various Government Departments during the last two years indicating also the names of the departments for which the same have been hired?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) the number of family courts functioning in Islamabad at present; (b) the number of cases filed in those courts during the last three years with year wise breakup indicating also the number of cases disposed off and those pending out of the same; and (c) whether it is a fact that the said courts are facing a number of problems in disposal of the cases, if so, the details thereof and the steps taken/being taken by the Government to remove the same?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to demolish the Government accommodations in Sector F-6/3, Islamabad, which are in dilapidated condition and replace the same with new flats, if so, when; and (b) whether it is a fact that a number of allottees of the said accommodations have sublet the accommodations, if so, the action being taken by the Government against them?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state the number of cases filed in courts by the Estate Office, against illegal occupants of Government accommodations in Islamabad during the last five years indicating also the numbers and addresses of those accommodations?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the number of Government accommodations which have presently been sublet by the allottees to private persons in Islamabad; and (b) the action taken by the Estate Office Islamabad against the unauthorized occupants of those accommodations so far?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the number of Government accommodations for the Government employees in Islamabad with category wise break up; (b) the number of the said accommodations presently retained/occupied by the retired employees indicating also their names and dates of retirement in each case; (c) whether it is a fact that there is shortfall of those accommodations in Islamabad, if so, the details thereof; and (d) the steps taken/being taken by the Government to overcome the said shortfall?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state: (a) the names and addresses of the persons in village Firdous Kaly and Khalidabad Colony, Union Council Dhaki, Thesil Tangi, District Charsadda who have applied for provision of supply of natural gas during the last seven years; (b) whether it is a fact that a survey for provision of Gas to the said villages has been carried out during the last year, if so, the details thereof; and (c) whether it is also a fact that despite the said survey natural gas has not been supplied to the said villages so far, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which the same will be provided to them?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that electricity is being supplied to Dushkhel, Talash in Temargara through newly established feeder from Sadu grid station, if so, the schedule for loadshedding on the said feeder; and (b) whether it is a fact that extra loadshedding is being carried out on that feeder, if so, the reasons thereof and the steps being taken by the Government to put an end to the same?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the name(s) of grid station(s) and the number of feeders through which electricity is being supplied to Jandol sub-division, District Lower Dir, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa; (b) the schedule of loadshedding carried out on each of the said feeders during the last six months; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to put an end to the loadshedding on those feeders?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to refer to the Senate starred question No. 8 replied on 22nd April, 2016 and state; (a) whether change of Government accommodation from lower category to higher category according to entitlement is allowed, if not, the reasons thereof; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to allow the change of Government accommodations in the said cases, if so, when and if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the name of the company to which contract for the development of infrastructure work of Officers’ Housing Scheme, Kurri Road, Islamabad has been awarded and the details of workforce and machinery placed by the company on the site of the said scheme; (b) the details of amount demanded and paid to the said company so far; and (c) whether it is a fact that the PHA Foundation has failed to complete the said work by April, 2014 as per announcement by the Government despite the fact that sufficient amount has been deposited by the allottees, if so, the reasons thereof and action taken against the officials responsible for the said delay?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that land for the Bhara Kahu Housing Scheme, Islamabad was purchased in 2009; (b) whether it is also a fact tenders were not invited for purchase of the said land, if so, the reasons thereof; (c) the procedure adopted for selection and purchase of that land; and (d) whether it is further a fact that development work has not been started on the said scheme so far, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which the same will be started and completed?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the dates on which notifications under section 4 Land Acquisition Act, 1894, for acquisition of land by the Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation (FGEHF) in Bara Kahu, Park Road, Sector F-14 and F-15, Islamabad were issued; (b) whether the land at the said areas is being purchased from the landlords or the middlemen indicating also the per kanal price fixed for each area and the criteria adopted for fixation of the same; (c) whether it is a fact that the said Foundation failed to purchase land in those areas soon after issuance of the notifications, if so, the reasons thereof; (d) whether it is also a fact that the land at the said sites has been purchased by the middlemen and now the Foundation has to purchase it from them at exorbitant rates, if so, the reasons thereof; and (e) whether it is further a fact that mushroom encroachments have been made on the said sites, if so, the steps taken/being taken by the Government to demolish the same?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the amount deposited/paid by the allottees of Officer’s Housing Scheme, Kurri Road, Islamabad as per statements issued by each bank, holding those accounts on 1st July of each year since 2012 indicating also the deposits, withdrawal, taxes deducted and profit debited to each account by the banks; (b) the amount spent on each work of the said scheme during the said period with year wise breakup; and (c) the difference between the net deposits in the said accounts and expenditures?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the names of allottees of the Officers’ Housing Scheme, Kurri Road, Islamabad indicating also the number and category of house allotted, amount of the house, down payment and installments deposited and amount due in each case; (b) the present status of construction work on the said scheme and the time by which the same will be completed; (c) the names of contractors/companies who have been awarded contracts for construction work of each category of houses in that scheme indicating also the past experience and projects completed and the details of machinery and technical staff possessed by each contractor/company required for the job; and (d) the present status of work done on the double road for access of that scheme to CDA Park Enclave Scheme as intimated to the allottees in July, 2011?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state: (a) the make, model and present status of official vehicles at the disposal of the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Resources indicating also the names, dates of appointment and grades of officers who are using same; and (b) the expenditure being incurred of fuel, repairing and maintenance of the said vehicles on annual basis?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that PSO sold petroleum products to some selected consumers during the last days of August, 2012, especially on the last day of that month inspite of having the knowledge that the prices of those products were to be enhanced on next day, if so, its reasons; and (b) whether it is also a fact that PSO suffered a loss of rupees 36.554 million due to the said manipulation, if so, the action taken against the persons responsible for the same?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the rate/ratio of taxes/duties levied in/through the electricity bills during the last three years indicating also the reasons and date of levy of each tax/duty; (b) the amount collected through each of those taxes/duties during the said period with year wise break up indicating also the utilization of the same; and (c) whether statutory audit of the funds/amounts collected through the said taxes/duties has been conducted, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the number of persons working in SEPCO and HESCO with grade/ designation wise and station/office wise break up; (b) the number of persons appointed on contract and daily wages basis in the said companies during the last two years; and (c) the criteria/procedure adopted for appointment of the said persons on contract and daily wages basis?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state the steps taken/being taken by the Government to stop theft and remove illegal connections of electricity in the country?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the targets set by the Government for generation of power through wind energy for the last two years indicating also the achievements made in this regard; and (b) whether any survey has been conducted to identify the location for generation of power through wind energy in the country during the current year, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the details of housing projects launched by the Government and completed within the estimated time during the last five year; and (b) whether the said projects have been completed at their original estimated costs, if so, the details thereof; and (c) the details of those projects which launched during the said period but could not be completed during the estimated time indicating also the reasons and the escalation in cost of each project?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state the names of oil refineries working in the country indicating also the details of those refining imported and locally produced oil, separately?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the number of cases registered against the official of Estate Office on charges of corruption in allotment of official accommodations in Islamabad during the last three years; (b) the details of inquiries conducted in the said cases indicating also the results/outcome thereof; and (c) the procedure/mechanism devised by the government to control/stop corruption in allotment of the said accommodations?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state: (a) the quantity of LNG and LPG imported in the country since July, 2015 indicating also the names of countries from which imported and rates at which imported and sold to consumers; (b) the procedure adopted for the said import of the gas; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to import more LNG and LPG, if so, the details thereof?
