Will the Minister for Defence be pleased to state: (a) the details of areas of the Line of Control (LOC) where India have erected fences so far; and (b) the steps taken by the present Government to stop India from fencing more areas on the LOC?

Will the Minister for Interior and Narcotics Control be pleased to state: (a) the number of official vehicles owned by the National Police Bureau, Islamabad at present; (b) whether it is a fact that a number of the said vehicles are being utilized by non-entitled officers of that Bureau, if so, the details thereof; and (c) the names and designations of the non-entitled officers using those vehicles indicating also the reasons for the same in each case?

Will the Minister for States and Frontier Regions be pleased to state: (a) the names, designations, grades and date of appointment of the persons appointed in FATA Development Authority (FDA) on regular, contract and daily wages basis during the last five years indicating also the salary, allowances and other fringe benefits admissible to them; (b) the rules/procedure adopted for the appointment of the said persons; (c) whether it is a fact that there is an “urgency clause” in the FDA rules under which the Chief Executive of the said Authority is empowered to make appointment, if so, the details thereof; and (d) the names, designation, grades and dates of appointment and termination of the persons appointed by the Chief Executive of that authority under the said clause during that period indicating also the pay, allowances and other fringe benefits admissible to them?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to refer to Senate starred question No. 2 replied on 18th February, 2016 and state whether it is a fact that Government has decided to place the matter of review of land Reforms before the Council of Common Interests, if so, the expected date of meeting of CCI in which the same will be placed for discussion and decision?

Will the Minister for States and Frontier Regions be pleased to state: (a) the number of sanctioned scheduled, non scheduled and project posts in BPS-16 and above in the FATA Secretariat and its attached departments; (b) the names, designations and educational qualifications of the persons appointed in the said Secretariat and its attached departments since 2009 indicating also the criteria laid down for eligibility for appointment against each of those posts; (c) the names and date of appointments of officers from the Provincial Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa who have been posted against various posts in that Secretariat and its attached departments at present; and (d) the names and grades of the officers of FATA Development Authority working against the scheduled and project posts at present?

Will the Minister Interior and Narcotics Control be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the NADRA has the data of all Pakistanis citizens in the country and broad; and (b) whether there is any need to conduct census in the country in view of the data possessed by NADRA, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior and Narcotics Control be pleased to state: (a) the number of CNICs issued after 30th June, 2014 which have been blocked or cancelled so far indicating also reasons for the same; (b) the number of cases detected where foreigners have been issued CNICs during the said period; (c) whether the said CNIC issued to foreigners have been blocked or cancelled, if not, the reasons thereof; and (d) whether it is a fact that the civilian intelligence agencies have been advising NADRA during the period to cancel some CNICs, if so, whether those CNICs have been cancelled, if so, the number thereof and if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior and Narcotics Control be pleased to state: (a) the details of cases regarding crimes against women and children registered in the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) since 2013 with year wise break up; and (b) the steps taken/being taken by the Government to control/curb the said crimes in ICT?

Will the Minister for Interior and Narcotics Control be pleased to state: (a) the steps taken/being taken by the Government to control crimes and minimize threats of terrorism in Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT); (b) the steps taken/being taken by the Government to modernize the ICT Police; and (c) the funds/budget allocated for the said police during the last five years with year wise break up?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state: (a) the rates being charged by Pakistan Television Corporation (PTV) for advertisements as of today and those charged four years ago; (b) the amount earned by that corporation through advertisements during the last three years; (c) whether the said corporation utilizes that amount by itself, if so, the procedure laid down for the same; and (d) whether the audit of the utilization of the said amount is conducted on annual basis, if so, the details thereof?
