Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) the quantity and value of mineral exported from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa during the last three years; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to establish modern facilities for value addition to the said minerals in that province in order to increase their export, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) the budget allocated and utilized by the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) during the last three years with head wise break up; and (b) the achievements made by the said Authority in promoting exports of the country during that period?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) the volume of cotton products exported during the last three years; (b) whether it is a fact that the export of cotton products has decreased during the last three years, if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to enhance the export of cotton products?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state the amount of foreign exchange earned from the export of rice during the last four years with year wise and country wise break up indicating also the rate at which the rice was exported in each case?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) the number/quantity and cost of sheeps and buffalos imported during the last three years; and (b) the quantum and cost of value added mutton, beef and chicken exported during the said period indicating also the names of countries to which the same was exported?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the Government of Bahrain will be constructing hospital in Islamabad, if so, when?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state the amount of foreign exchange spent on the import of tea in the country during the last three years indicating also the names of countries from where the same was imported?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the estimated value of Roosevelt Hotel, New York, USA owned by PIA; (b) the average per month income of the said hotel at present; and (c) the profit earned or losses suffered by that hotel during the last five years with year wise break up?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is fact that a number of posts of Medical and Paramedical staff are lying vacant in Pakistan Institute of Medical Science (PIMS), Islamabad, if so, the time by which the same will be filled in; and (b) whether the quota reserved for Balochistan, Khyber Pakhutankhwa, FATA and Gilgit-Baltistan in the said posts will be implemented?

Will the Minister for Textile Industry be pleased to state: (a) the details of cases of corruption surfaced in the Ministry of Textile Industry and its attached departments during the last five years; and (b) whether any action has been taken against those found involved in the said cases, if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that state of the art facilities are not available at the Federal Government Polyclinic hospital, PIMS and NIRM, Islamabad for fatal diseases including Liver, Cardiac, AIDs/HIV and other viral diseases, if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to improve standard of medical treatment and to provide missing facilities in the said hospitals?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) the volume of trade between Pakistan and Afghanistan at present indicating also the volume of Pakistan’s imports and exports in the same; (b) whether it is a fact that Pakistan’s exports to Afghanistan have been affected by the recent escalations at border with Afghanistan; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to safeguard the trade relations between the two countries?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state the number of commercial plots auctioned by CDA in Islamabad during the last 20 years indicating also the name of buyer, size and location of plot, date of auction, price at which sold, amount received, amount outstanding and last date for full payment in each case?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the present status of the air-conditioning plants installed in PIMS, Islamabad; (b) the expenditure incurred on the repair and maintenance of the said plant during the last five years; and (c) whether that plant is sufficient for fulfilling the needs of the said hospital?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the country’s exports of textile clothing have decreased during the fiscal year 2015-16, if so, the percentage of decrease and estimated value of the same; (b) the reasons for the said decrease in exports of those items; (c) the names of value-added items export of which has increased during the said fiscal year; (d) the details of low value-added items being exported at present; and (e) whether it is a fact that the export of the low value-added items has also been decreased during that period, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) the increase registered in exports to EU countries since the grant of GSP plus status to Pakistan with year wise break up; and (b) whether it is a fact that Pakistan could not get proper benefits from the said status/facility, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state the details of the construction work of New Islamabad International Airport completed so far and the time by which the remaining work will be completed?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state the number of hospitals in Islamabad in which burn centers have been established indicating also the capacity of each burn center?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state the number of persons deputed for tree plantation, looking after flower beds or other related work in Islamabad?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that 23 directorates of CDA have been handed over to the Islamabad Metropolitan Corporation (IMC), if so, the names of such directorates and the number of persons working therein; (b) whether the budget allocated for the said directorates has been transferred to that Corporation, if so, the amount so transferred and if not, the time by which the same will be transferred; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to transfer the remaining directorates of CDA to the said Corporation, if so, when?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of towers of various cellular companies installed in Turbat, Khuzdar, Qalat and other districts of Baloshistan; (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to install more such tower in the said districts, if so, the details thereof; and (c) whether it is a fact that only one such tower of Zong has been installed in Tehsil Buleda, District Turbat, if so, the reasons for not installing towers of other companies?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the expenditure incurred on repair and maintenance of roads in Islamabad during the fiscal year 2015-16 with sector wise and month wise break up; and (b) whether it is a fact that streets of sector F-6/4 Islamabad are in dilapidated condition, if so, the reasons for not repairing those streets and the time by which the same will be repaired?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state whether the Pakistan Meteorological Department have the modern equipment and machinery to make accurate forecasts about rains, floods and earthquakes in the country, if not, the steps being taken by the Government to provide it with the same?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) the names, names of parent departments, place of domicile and place of present posting of the officers working as trade councilors/commercial attaches in Pakistan embassies/missions abroad; and (b) the procedure adopted for selection/appointment of the said officers?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to install more water filtration plants in Islamabad, if so, the details thereof; and (b) the procedure being adopted by the Government for checking and ensuring the quality of water of the said plants?
