Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) the details of funds provided by Japan International Cooperation Agency, Asian Development Bank and World Bank for improvement of road infrastructure in the country during the last three years indicating also the utilization of the same; and (b) whether any third party audit of the said funds has been carried out, if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) The arrangements of tranport made by the Government for trade being conducted with Central Asian States, China, India and Iran through road at present; and (b) whether it is a fact that the said arrangements are insufficient, if so, the steps being taken by the Government to improve the same?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state the amount spent by the National Highway Authority on the maintenance of roads in the country during the last three years with province-wise and district-wise break-up?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) the amount spent on the maintenance of Quetta-Dalbandin-Chaghi and Gawadar coastal highway during the last three years; and (b) whether it is a fact that the said highway is till in dilapidated condition, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to establish a cancer hospital in Islamabad, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state the number of students sent abroad for higher education since January, 2015 with province wise break up?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) the proposed length of the road from Taxila to Haripur via Khanpur which has recently been constructed; and (b) whether it is also a fact that the road has not been completed/constructed upto the proposed points, if so, its reasons and the time by which the same will be completed?

Will the Minister for Foreign Affairs be pleased to state the number of Pakistani consulates and missions in Indonesia indicating also the names, designations, grades and date of posting of the persons working in the same?

Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to state the number of Pakistanis living in Indonesia at present?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) the criteria including educational qualifications laid down for appointment of directors in National Highway Authority (NHA); and (b) whether it is a fact that a number of persons working against the said posts in that Authority do not fulfill the said criteria/qualifications, if so, the number and reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to state: (a) the number of labour/community welfare attaches posted abroad at present with country wise break up; (b) the criteria including educational qualifications laid down for selection/appointment of the said attaches; (c) the name of authority/institute established for imparting training to those attaches; (d) whether it is a fact that a number of the said attaches posted abroad at present do not possess the required experience/training if so, the reasons thereof; and (e) the steps taken/being taken by the Government to ensure transparency in appointments of the said attaches?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state whether it is a fact that quality seed law not been enforced in the country, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which the same will be enforced?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government has any coordination with the provincial Government to bring the barren land in the country under cultivation; and (b) the steps taken by the Government in this regard during the last three years and the results thereof?

Will the Minister for Foreign Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the number of Pakistani fishermen arrested and injured by India in the maritime belt of Pakistan during the last five years; and (b) the steps taken by the Government so far in this regard?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to construct a road Havelain to Thakot, if so, the present status of the project; and (b) the time by which work will be started and completed on the said project?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the road network for construction of Diamer Bsha Dam has not been started according to the schedule, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the names and locations of institutes which imparts training in technical skills to the labour force in the country indicating also the nature of training/skills being imparted by the same; (b) whether the said training/skills meet the international standards; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to equip the secondary school certificate holders and university graduates with employable skills, if so, the details thereof?
