Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the total number of Federal Government Hospitals and Dispensaries in Hyderabad at present; (b) the total number of employees working in the said Hospitals and Dispensaries at present alognwith their names, domiciles and designations; and (c) whether the Government intends to setup a state of the art hospital in Hyderabad in the near future; if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a number of buildings are in a dilapidated condition due to earthquakes jolted in the various parts of the country since 01-01-2005; (b) the steps taken/being taken by the National Disaster Management Authority for demolishing/reconstruction of the said buildings; (c) whether any survey has been conducted/proposed to be conducted to check vulnerability of official, residential and other buildings in the country in order to avoid loss of lives in such natural disasters in future; and (d) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to prepare/announce a national policy or a long term plan for mitigating losses of lives and properties during natural disasters?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state: (a) the total quantity of carbon emitted in Islamabad and its suburbs during the last three years till date; and (b) whether it is a fact that the reason for aforesaid increase is an increase in the number of vehicles and smoke emitted therefrom; if so, the steps being taken by the Government to save the environment from the effects of emission of said carbon?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the basic functions of the Pakistan Thalassaemia Centre, Child Support Programme, National Centres for Rehabilitation of Child Labour and Women Empowerment Centre along with locations thereof; (b) whether the said centres/programmes are functioning under the Pakistan Bait-ul-Mall; (c) the total number of beneficeries of the said programmes/centres separately along with the province-wise details thereof; (d) whether post evalution reports of the said programmes have been made separately; if so, the details thereof; (e) whether such programmes are functioning successfully to achieve the set targets; (f) the buget estimated, released and utilized for each of the above said programmes during the last three years; and (g) whether post performance audits were conducted; if so, the details; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the name of cities/areas in Balochistan where educational institutions are functioning under the Federal Government at present; (b) the total number of students enrolled in the said institutions separately; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to improve/enhance the performance of those institutions?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government is aware that a large number of industrial units including fertilizers and petrochemicals units across the country are discharging hazardous effluents in nearby water bodies; if so the details thereof along with the steps taken by the Government in this regard; (b) whether any survey conducted by the Government to asses the adverse impacts of those industrial units on water bodies and surrounding areas; if so, the details thereof; (c) whether those industrial units have applied state of the art technology to check hazardous effluents; if so, the details thereof along with the mechanism put in place to monitor their effluents and emissions; and (d) whether those industries have also taken up plantation programs in surrounding regions; if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the break-up of average debt against the Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) being matured every week; (b) the average income of PIA every week at present; and (c) whether it is a fact that a new payment has to be made by the PIA to creditors every week; if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a large number of poor people living in the rural and far-flung areas of the country have no knowledge about the Pakistan Bait-ul-Mall (PBM); (b) if the answer to part (a) above is in the affirmative, whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to publicize the PBM over media so that the maximum number of deserving people could get their due rights; (c) whether it is also a fact that the PBM is providing dowry fund, and wheel-chairs to the disable persons; and (d) whether it is further a fact that the deserving women are not being given dowry fund and restriction has also been imposed on provision of wheel chairs to disable persons?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether there are governing/commencing service rules of the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) at present; (b) whether the above said rules are being implemented in PPRA; if not, the reasons therefor; (c) whether it is a fact that all officers (except M.D)/officials working in PPRA on deputation are drawing their salaries according to standard terms and conditions of deputationist approved by the Finance Division; (d) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to take action against those persons who are drawing illegal double salary packages without approval of the Board of Governors of PPRA/ Ministry of Finance; and (e) whether there is also any proposal under consideration of the Government to approve the service rules of employees after 14 years of the establishment of PPRA?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that cost was estimated for installation of cyber net fountains project in various areas of Islamabad during the year 2008; if so, the details thereof; along with the date of approval and completion of the PC-I thereof; (b) the details of the construction work carried on up till now and the time by which the said project will be completed; (c) the total expenditures to be incurred thereupon along with the amount spent so far; (d) whether Public Procurement Rules, 2004 were followed therefor; and (e) whether irregularities have been found in the said project; if so, the action taken against the responsibles?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the District-wise total number of schools functioning under the Basic Education Community Schools in the country along with the per month salary of the teachers of said schools at present; (b) whether it is a fact that the teachers are working on temporary basis in the said schools; (c) whether it is also a fact that salary of the teachers working in the above said schools is very nominal/small; (d) whether it is further a fact that previous Government enhanced the salary of the above said teachers; and (e) whether the services of the teachers will be regularized and their salaries will be increased; if so, when; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development be pleased to refer to Un-Starred Question No.107 replied on 22-2-2016 and to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the concerned department has given a deadline of the June 30, 2016 to complete the maintenance work of House No. 49/5-D, Gali No.39, Sector F-6/1, Islamabad; (b) whether it is also a fact that the maintenance work of the said house has not been carried out as per the above said deadline; (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in the affirmative, the reasons for not completing the said work; (d) the steps are being taken to complete the said work; and (e) the maintenance work of other houses of the said sector which was carried out during the year 2015-16?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) the seniority-wise name along with length of service of each serving Skilled and Semi Skilled Platter presently working in the Pakistan Railways Bridge Workshop, Jhelum; (b) whether it is a fact that said employees are not being promoted since long; (c) whether it is also a fact that junior employees of said Workshop have been promoted; if so, the reasons thereof; (d) the name of Skilled and Semi Skilled Platters promoted since the January, 2016; and (e) the steps being taken by the Government to rectify the said orders at an earliest?
