Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) the total number of review petitions filed in the Federal Services Tribunal (FST), Islamabad during the period from June 20 to July, 20, 2016 along with the details thereof; (b) the total number of judgments delivered during the said period along with the total number of petitions which were not disposed of during the said period along with the details of each undecided petition thereof; and (c) whether it is a fact that the FST remains closed during the August every year due to summer vacations; if so, the strategy adopted by the Government to dispose of the review petitions during the said Month and whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to make legislation therefor?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state: (a) the location-wise wholesome deposits of marble, onyx and granite in the country at present along with estimated value thereof; and (b) the measures adopted by the present Government to utilize the said reservoirs/resources?
