Will the Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunications be pleased to state: (a) the present status of implementation/enforcement of the Cyber Crimes legislation/rules in the country; and (b) the steps being taken by the Ministry to reduce incidents of Cyber Crimes during the last three years?
