Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the names of pharmaceutical companies registered in the country from 1st April, 2008 to 30th June, 2013; (b) the names of drugs registered in the country during the said period; (c) whether the laid down criteria was followed in registration of the said companies and drugs; (d) whether any irregularity has been found in registration of the said companies and drugs, if so, the details thereof; and (e) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to investigate the violations committed in the said registration and make the responsible persons accountable, if so, the details thereof?
