Will the Minister for Defence be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the movement of Indian forces has extraordinarily increased on the line of control adjacent to the Neelum Valley; and (b) whether it is also a fact that the said movement is violation of the Ceasefire Agreement of 2003; if so,the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Defence be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to construct a boundary wall at Balochistan Border?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) the criteria adopted for selection of the Balochistan Testing Service (BTS) to take tests for the Ministry; (b) the terms and conditions required by the Ministry and offered by the BTS therefor; and (c) the authority who granted approval for the above case?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that more than 90 persons have been appointed against 22 posts in the Ministry as advertised in newspapers during the tenure of the present Government; if so, the action taken against the responsibles thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that the said persons are still working in the Ministry/Law Division; and (c) whether it is further a fact that already working incumbents of the Ministry have again selected in response to advertisement for appointments against the MP positions and summary thereof has been sent to the Prime Minister for approval; if so, the reasons for re-selecting the said incumbents instead of fresh incumbents?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) the steps taken by the Government for expeditious disposal of cases relating to crimes against women and children in Islamabad; (b) the total number of cases relating to racial, hate, rape and sexual harassment crimes pending in various Courts in Islamabad at present; (c) the court and year-wise total number of such cases disposed of during the last five years till date; and (d) the steps taken by the Government to provide legal assistance and to ensure speedy justice to the victims of such crimes?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any legislation under consideration/preparation to stop forced conversion; (b) if the answer to part(a) above is in the negative, the steps being taken by the Government to redress the complaints of forced conversion?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the licence for imports and sale of natural gas has been awarded to a private department/institution; and (b) whether it is also a fact that the said institution has completed legal requirements therefor?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Pakistan Post is facing financial deficit at present; if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to control the said deficit?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that some Housing Societies of Lahore have applied for domestic gas connections during the last five years till date; if so, the names thereof; and (b) whether it is also a fact that gas connections are not being given to said Housing Societies; if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) the time by which the gas connections will be provided to them?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a number of cases are pending before the Federal Services Tribunal (FST) for the last five years till date; (b) if so, the case-wise pendency thereof at present; (c) the year-wise appeal filed in the FST therefor separately during the said period; and (d) the steps being taken by the Government for quick disposal of said cases?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state: (a) the details of all gas companies operating in District Sanghar,Sindh at present; and (b) the production capacity/efficiency of those companies?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) the total number of first aid centres working on the Motorways/National Highways in the country at present alongwith the locations thereof; (b) whether it is a fact that a number of people’s conditions become critical when any accident occurs on those Highways; (c) if the answer to part (b) above is in the affirmative, the steps being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state whether it is a fact that actual benefits of the continuously decreasing trend of price in petroleum products have not been transferred to the consumers in Pakistan; if so, the justification thereof?
