Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the procedure laid down for payment of compensation to the persons whose properties are acquired by CDA indicating also the time period during which the payments of the same is made; and (b) the number of the said cases pending for the last three years indicating also the reasons for the same?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that public and private schools education system in ICT is under the administrative control of the Capital Administration and Development Division, if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to place both the said education system under the administrative control of the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the name of contractors who have been awarded contracts of over Rs. 10 million by CDA during the last three years indicating also the nature and location of work for which the same were awarded in each case; (b) whether the said contractors have completed the work within the stipulated time, if so, the details thereof; and (c) whether any fine has been imposed on any of the said contractors who failed to complete the work within the stipulated time, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the mechanism devised for cleanliness of streets and roads in Islamabad; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to make the residents / Households legally responsible for keeping the front of their houses clean and impose fines in case of violations, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Textile Industry be pleased to state the amount allocated for development projects of the Textile Industry, its attached departments, subordinate offices and autonomous / Semi autonomous corporations / authorities during the fiscal year 2015-16 indicating also the details of project, amount allocated & utilized and present status of the project in each case?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the make model and engine power of official vehicles presently at the disposal of the Capital Development Authority (CDA indicating also the names and grades of officers who are using the same; (b) the expenditure being incurred on fuel, repairing and maintenance of the said vehicles on annual basis; and (c) the number of non-serviceable / non-functional vehicles with that authority at present indicating also the procedure to be adopted for disposal of the same?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Climate Change Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the incidents of floods and drought have been increased due to adverse effects of human activities on climate, if so, the details thereof; (b) whether any study has been conducted by the Government in the said phenomenon, if so, the details thereof; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to mitigate the impacts of those activities in the country?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact the Government has made a new policy under which the PAS and PSP officers in BPS-20 and 21 belonging to the Province of Balochistan are only eligible for posting abroad or in Federal Government or outside Balochistan only in case they have served in Balochistan for 10 years during their career; and (b) whether that policy is applicable to the officers belonging to other provinces, if so, the details thereof and if not, the reason thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Pakistan Institute of Medical Science and Federal Government Polyclinic hospitals, Islamabad are providing health services to the residents of Islamabad, Rawalpindi, their adjoining areas, Northern Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Azad Jammu and Kashmir; (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government for extension of the said hospital, if so, the details thereof; and (c) the number of patients provided treatment in those hospitals during the last two years?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the details of operational facilities provided / to be provided at New Islamabad International Airport; and (b) whether the said airport has the capacity and instruments / equipments for operation of A-380 aircrafts?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of schools and colleges working under the administrative control of the Federal Directorate of Education in Islamabad Capital territory; (b) the number of teachers and lecturers working in the said schools and colleges with grade wise break up; and (c) the number of teachers appointed in those schools during the last three years with grade wise break up?
