Will the Minister Incharge of the Climate Change Division be pleased to state the steps taken by the National Disaster Management Authority for the rehabilitation of the torrential rain affected people in the country including the Gilgit Baltistan region during the year 2013?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the total amount of domestic and foreign loans outstanding against PIA present; and (b) the purpose of obtaining the said loans by PIA and the progress thereon?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) the present production of wheat, sugar and rice in the country; (b) whether the present production of the said food items is insufficient to meet the domestic demand; and (c) the steps taken by the Government to increase the production of the said food items during the years 2011 and 2012?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that development work in Sector G-13 has not been completed so far, if so, its reasons and the time by which the said work will be completed, and (b) whether it is also a fact that street lights have not been installed in most of the area in the said sector, if so, its reasons and the time by which the same will be installed?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Climate Change Division be pleased to state: (a) the strategy of the Government regarding industrial waste management in the country; and (b) the steps taken by the Government to ensure implementation of the said strategy?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the names and position/designation of the persons appointed in PIA since 5th June, 2013, indicating also the salary, allowances and other fringe benefits admissible to them; and (b) the names and position/designation of the PIA employees who have been promoted during the said period?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the acreage/measurement of land purchased by CDA in sectors D-13, D-14, D15, D-16 (East of G.T. Road), E-13, E-14, E-15, (East of G.T. Road), F-13, F-14, F-15 (East of G.T. Road), G-12, G-15 (East of G.T. Road) H-13, H-14, and H-15 (East of G.T. Road), Islamabad indicating also year of purchase and acreage/measurement of land in possession of CDA at present out of the same in each case; and (b) whether it is a fact that CDA has not taken over possession of the said land so far, if so, its reasons and the time by which the same will be taken over?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that land mafia is purchasing land in sector, G-12, Islamabad, through non registered stamp papers and carrying out haphazard construction thereon without approval of the competent authority, if so, the action taken by CDA in this regard; and (b) the time by which CDA will take possession of land in the said sector and develop it?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of families / women compensated under Benazir Income Support Programme during the last four years with year-wise breakup; and (b) the amount spent under the said programme during the said period with year-wise breakup?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the overall financial losses of PIA at present; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to improve the overall performance and financial position of the said airline?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the category of licenses being issued by PTA; indicating also the number of such licenses issued by PTA during the last three years; and (b) irregularity, if any, noticed in issuance of the said licenses?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the acreage and location of CDA land in Islamabad Capital Territory presently under illegal occupation; and (b) the action being taken by the Government to get the said land vacated?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of applications received for the use of radio frequency spectrum during the last five years; (b) the number of licenses issued during the said period and the names of the persons / organizations to whom the licenses were issued; and (c) the procedure adopted for the issuance of licenses?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state the names, designations and service group / department of the Government servants in BPS 18 and above having dual nationality indicating also the names of countries nationality of which they have acquired?

Will the Minister for Commerce and Textile Industry be pleased to state the names of the 10 biggest import items being imported in Pakistan indicating also the import cost during the last three years with year-wise break-up in each case?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state whether the NARC and PARC is in the process of developing new cotton seed or cotton varieties?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to sate: (a) whether it is a fact that CDA has not prepared and enforced any master plan for zone-V, Islamabad, so far; (b) whether it is also a fact that haphazard development is being carried out by several housing societies in the said zone; and (c) the time by which a master plan for the said zone will be prepared and enforced?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the period during which CDA received applications for allotment of plots in sector E-12, Islamabad; (b) the number of allottees in the said sector who have died and their plots transferred to their legal heirs; and (c) the time by which the said sector will be developed and possession of plots handed over to the allottees?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the steps taken / being taken by the Government to remedy the financial implications of the decisions of the last Advisor of PIA; (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to address the charter licenses issued to RAS under directive of the last Advisor; (c) the status of the directives issued by the last Advisor particularly for the damage in revenue from rental income; (d) the present status of the 6 months time period granted by ECC and Rs.7 billion bail out for PIA; and (e) the steps taken / proposed to be taken by the Government to achieve the mandate of turning PIA into a profit earning organization and meet the terms and conditions spelled out in the bailout granted by ECC?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state the steps being taken by the Government to upgrade the small airports in the country and to improve facilities on those airports?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to purchase or obtain on lease aeroplanes for PIA, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state the number of applications received by the Federal Directorate of Education for deputation under the Wedlock Policy of the Government indicating also the names of applicants, dates of applications and steps taken thereon?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state whether it is a fact that plots are allotted by CDA to the officers / officials working on deputation basis in that authority, if so, the details of plots allotted to such persons so far?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that there were frequent delays in PIA flights during the last one year, if so, its reasons and the steps being taken by the Government in this regard; and (b) the percentage of PIA flights which were on schedule/in time during the said period, month-wise?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Staff Welfare Organization has increased room rent, electricity and gas charges since 16th May, 2013, for the Government employees residing in the hostels being run by that organization, if so, its details; (b) the reasons for the said increase; (c) the competent authority which approved the said increase; (d) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to withdraw the said increase; if so, when; (e) the comparison of room rent, electricity and gas charges being charged from the said employees prior to 15th May, 2013, and after that?
