Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administrations and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the Federal Government Hospitals where Kidney/Liver being transplanted in the country at present alongwith the expenditures thereof; and (b) whether it is a fact that there is no proper facility in the said hospitals therefor; if so, the steps being taken by the Government to provide facilities therefor?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administrations and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that roads of Sector G-8, G-9, G-10, I-9, I-10 ad I-11, Islamabad are in a dilapidated condition since long; (b) if so, the time by which the said roads will be repaired?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state the steps being taken by the Government to make weather forecast system more dynamic and consolidated?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the early flood warning system/radars installed in different locations are not working properly?

Will the Minister for Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage be pleased to state: (a) the total value of official advertisements given to newspapers, magazines and periodicals since March, 2013 alongwith the criteria adopted therefor; and (b) the names of TV channels on which those advertisements were telecast alongwith the total expenditure incurred thereon?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state the total number of airports in Azad Jammu and Kashmir at present alongwith the locations thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administrations and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the total number of beds in the Government Hospitals in Islamabad at present separately; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to complete the shortage of beds in said Hospitals?

Will the Minister for Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage be pleased to state: (a) the year-wise total number of Government advertisements published/printed in the Newspapers since 1-1-2013 alongwith the years wise expenditures incurred thereupon; and (b) the details of the amount allocated for each Media Group during the said period?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) the province-wise total number of officers of the Civil Service of Pakistan presently working in BPS-17 to 22 in the Federal Government at present; (b) whether it is a fact that there is a shortfall of officers hailing from Sindh therein; (c) if the answer to part (b) above is in the affirmative, the steps being taken/proposed to be taken by the Government to meet the said deficiency?

Will the Minister for Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage be pleased to state: (a) the total technical and non-technical staff recruited in the Pakistan Television Corporation during the last five years alongwith the quota thereof; and (b) the names of newspapers in which advertisements were given for said recruitment alongwith the details thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state the country-wise total number of flights presently operational under the Premier Service of the Pakistan International Airlines?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Pakistan Railways (PR) has controlled its losses; (b) the steps taken by the Government to control the losses of locomotives during the last year; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to give relief to the pensioners of PR?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state the value of movable and immovable assets of the Allama Iqbal Open University, Islamabad at present?

Will the Minister for Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage be pleased to state: (a) whether the Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority(PEMRA) is able to take action against the private TV channels including its Anchor Persons who are involved in deliberate defamation of the Government/Prime Minister by airing false accusations and then apologize for the same in the courts; and (b) whether the PEMRA can make those private channels accountable which were responsible for broadcasting false claims deliberately on human casualties during the raid on Parliament Building by PTI and PAT workers in August 2014; if so, how?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the purposes of establishment of the National Curriculum Council/Board; and (b) the steps taken by the said Council/Board in order to formulate a unified curriculum at the National Level?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to attach economy class boggies with green line train; (b) whether there is also any proposal under consideration of the Government to ply any non-stop train from Islamabad/Rawalpindi to Karachi to facilitate the general public; if so, the time by which its operation will be started; (c) the total number of trains whose coaches have been changed during the tenure of the present Government; and (d) whether it is a fact that the coaches of the Awami Express have not been changed during the said period; if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to conduct an audit of provincial/regional quota in the Ministries/Divisions of the Federal Government to sort out proper allocation thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) the break-up of the officers serving in BS-19 in the Federal Government as well as posted in the Constitutional Bodies having more than 20 years service in the same grade at present alongwith their names, date of initial appointments and departments; (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to upgrade the posts of those officers who have served in the same grade for more than 20 years; (c) whether some posts have been up-graded in some departments during the tenure of the present Government; if so, the details thereof; and (d) whether same scale posts are not being upgraded in other departments of the Government as per orders of the Supreme Court; if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage be pleased to state: (a) the action taken against the Private TV Channels telecasting the forbidden contents during the tenure of the present Government; and (b) the measures taken by the Ministry to enforce the PEMRA rules in true letter and spirit during the said period?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state: (a) the quaintly of air pollution in the big cities of Pakistan Including Karachi, Lahore, Quetta and Peshawar at present; (b) the steps being taken by the Ministry to effectively monitor the same and reduce carbon emissions by vehicles ; and (c) the standards imposed on the industry, generally, thermal and coal fired plants to limit exhaust air pollutants alongwith the mechanism evolved to monitor it?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the reasons for not increasing the number of flights from Dera Ghazi Khan to Karachi and Islamabad; and (b) whether it is a fact that said routes are profitable in respect of business?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state the total number of Districts in the country that do not have a full fledge Government University at present alongwith the names thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state whether it is a fact that Rules of Business 1973 have not been amended/reviewed after the Constitution (Eighteen Amendment) Act, 2010; if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the total number of employees/manpower working against each operational air craft of the Pakistan International Airlines (PIA)as on 1-1-2013 and at present; (b) whether it is a fact that said manpower/employees are over and above the international standard; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to modernized the manpower of PIA as per international standard?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to refer to the Starred Question No. 132 replied on 08-08-2016 and to state: (a) the time by which the last Third Party Evaluation(TPE) of Pakistan Bait-ul-Mall (PBM) was carried out; (b) whether it is a fact that the TPE of PBM has not been carried out during the last five years; if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) the comparison of performance of the PBM made during the tenure of the present Government and previous Government?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the total number of operational passenger planes of the Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) at present; (b) the total number of plans out of them are acquired on lease during the last three years; and (c) the total number of planes out of them are owned by the PIA at present?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that there are different formulas being used for calculation of pensions of Engineers and Cockpit Crew of group 1-4 and 5-10 are being adopted at present; if so, the details/rate of each group thereof; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to adopt the same formula for all employees working in different groups; if so, when it will be implemented; if not, the reasons therefor?

PWD Colony, Sohan Garden, Jinnah Garden and National Police Foundation/Housing Society, Islamabad at present; (b) whether it is also a fact that residents of said areas have to proceed to the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences and the Federal Government Poly Clinic, Islamabad in case of any emergency relating to medical treatment; (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in the affirmative, the reasons for not constructing the Federal Government Hospital/Dispensaries in the said areas/housing societies?
