Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the funds allocated for education in budget 2013 to 2016 are not compatible with the funds allocated by other developing countries in their budgets for the said purpose; if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to refer to the Starred Question No. 132 replied on 08-08-2016 and to state: (a) the time by which the last Third Party Evaluation(TPE) of Pakistan Bait-ul-Mall (PBM) was carried out; (b) whether it is a fact that the TPE of PBM has not been carried out during the last five years; if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) the comparison of performance of the PBM made during the tenure of the present Government and previous Government?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the expenditure incurred to bring the Prime Minister of Pakistan back after his treatment from London via special chartered plane; and (b) the details of amount paid as parking fee at London Airport for the said plane?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the bridge leading to the Quaid-e-Azam University from Bari Imam, Islamabad is in a dilapidated condition at present; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to re-construct the said bridge; if so, the time by which it will be reconstructed?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a number of medical equipments of the Federal Government Hospitals are non-functional since long; if so, the details thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that the Government has any monitoring mechanism to ensure proper maintenance of said equipments; if so, the details thereof; (c) the funds allocated and utilized for purchase of medical equipments for said Hospitals during the last three years; and (d) the steps taken by the present Government for the proper maintenance of the medical equipments in said hospitals?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Aviation Division be pleased to refer to the Starred Question No.293 replied on 17-08-2016 and to state: (a) the per flight total number of passengers travelled to Barcelona by the Pakistan International Airlines as on 31-12-2012, 30-06-2013 and at the time of its discontinuation alongwith the details of passengers thereof; and (b) the Airline-wise flights other than PIA are coming from the said Airport to Pakistan at present alongwith the total number of passengers being travelled thereby, separately?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Pakistan is purchasing the Railway Locomotives from the United States of America; if so, the numbers alongwith the prices thereof; and (b) the total number of locomotives purchased by Pakistan during the last five years from other countries alongwith the total amount spent on their purchase?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the present Chief Executive Officer(CEO) of the Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has served in India; if so, the details thereof; (b) whether it is a fact that the proper due diligence/security clearance has been made before the appointment of said CEO; and (c) whether it is also a fact that the wife of said CEO is currently working in Indian Airline; if so, how it is ensured that the said officer will not share sensitive information related to PIA with his wife?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) the total number of Secretaries belonging to Balochistan are presently working in the Ministries/Divisions alongwith the details thereof; and (b) the total number of Heads of Departments of the Federal Government belonging to said province at present alongwith the details thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state the steps being taken by the Government to improve the standard of education in the Government Educational Institutions in Islamabad?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the total number of Trained Graduate Teachers working in theFederal Government Educational Institutions at present; (b) the prescribed procedure/criteria for promotion of those Teachers; and (c) the total number of said Teachers promoted during the last five years till date?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state the overall financial losses/ profit of the Pakistan International Airlines as on 31-03-2013 and at present?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the country-wise international routes/flights of the Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) at present; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to operate the PIA flights on more international routes; if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to make a national action plan to control the challenges occurred due to climate changes in the country; if so, when it will be implemented; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage be pleased to state: (a) the total number of No Objection Certificates (NOCs) issued by the Ministry to Indian and English films makers/producers during the last three years; and (b) whether those NOCs are against the ideology of Islam and Pakistan; if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state the steps being taken by the Government to deal with negative effects of global warming particularly to protect marine life, coastal resources and enforce vigilance checks on industrial waste?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the steps being taken by the Government to concrete streets,replace faulty street lights, improve sanitation system and renovate Government owned residential accommodations in Islamabad; and (b) the steps being taken to clean and green the capital city?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state the year-wise total new Engines purchased by the Pakistan Railways during the tenure of the present Government?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the sector-wise total number of commercial plots auctioned in Islamabad by the Capital Development Authority (CDA) during the last four years alongwith prices thereof mseparately; and (b) the procedure adopted to allot the plots to the employees of the CDA during the said period?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that subsidy is being given/paid on the Islamabad-Rawalpindi Metro Bus Service; (b) if so, the total amount of subsidy given/paid/granted on said service during the last three months alongwith the sources of subsidy thereof?

Will the Minister for Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal/plan to fix special times on the Government own and private TV Channels to highlight the problems of women and children in the country; (b) if so, the details; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Chairman CDA, Islamabad has announced during the year 2014 that Sector I-12, Islamabad will be developed on priority basis; (b) whether it is also a fact that the tender for aforesaid purpose was floated and contract awarded to the successful bidder; (c) whether it is further a fact that the development work has not so far been started in the said Sector; (d) if the answers to part (a), (b) and (c) above are in the affirmative,the reasons thereof; and (e) the time by which the development work will be started thereon?
