Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the names of those buildings in the Islamabad Capital Territory whose maintenance works are under control of the Capital Development Authority after the formation of the local Government in Islamabad; (b) the total funds released during the financial year 2014-15 and 2015-16 for the maintenance works of said buildings; and (c) the mode of utilization of the said funds?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Islamabad High Court has formed a Judicial Commission during the year 2012 to investigate and recommend appropriate action on massive irregularities and corruption occurred in the Capital Development Authority (CDA); (b) whether it is also a fact that the said Judicial Commission has forwarded its recommendations and upon which dozen of inquiries have been conducted; (c) whether it is further a fact that the Federal Government/CDA have failed to finalize said inquiries even after the lapse of many years; if so, the reasons thereof; (d) whether it is further a fact that corruption is being increased in the CDA thereby; and (e) the steps being taken to finalize all such inquiries alongwith the time frame of its completion?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that fences of Park near Street No.49, opposite Khan Market, Sector G-10/3, Islamabad have been broken and the vehicles being entered in the Park; (b) the details of broken items of the said Park alongwith the expenditure to be incurred thereon; (c) the time by which the arrangements will be made for its repair/ maintenance; (d) the number of guards and gardeners deputed to look after the said Park alongwith the salaries being paid to them; (e) the action taken against those employees deputed on the said Park who do not perform their duties; and (f) the planning made for its repair/maintenance in future?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the total number of schools to whom funds given under “Tawana Pakistan Project” for the provision of food to the students during the year 2003-04 alongwith the details of utilization of the said funds; (b) whether it is a fact that extra number of students were shown in those schools under the said project and embezzlement found in the said project/programme; if so, the details thereof; and (c) the action taken against the responsibles thereof?
