Will the Minister for Foreign Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the names of Pakistani citizens imprisoned in Saudi Arabia and Indonesia at present indicating also the nature of allegations and date of imprisonment in each case; (b) the names of the Pakistani citizens against whom cases are under trail in courts in the said countries indicating also the nature of allegations and date of commencement of the trail in each case; and (c) the details of help / assistance being provided to those persons by Pakistan Embassies in the said countries?

Will the Minister for Foreign Affairs be pleased to state the number of countries with which Pakistan has extradition treaties indicating also the number of persons brought back home from and handed over to those countries under those agreements during the last three years?

Will the Minister for Foreign Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the present status of the membership of Pakistan in Shanghai Cooperation Organization indicating also the details of obligation on Pakistan in connection with the same; (b) the steps taken by the Government for timely ratification of the Charter and Treaties of the said Organization; and (c) the expected benefits to be accrued to the country from the membership of that Organization?

Will the Minister for Foreign Affairs be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Government has recently sent special envoys to various countries to highlight the Kashmir issue, if so, the number of envoys sent indicating also the expenditure incurred on their visits; (b) the criteria / procedure adopted for selection of the said envoys; and (c) the major achievements accrued from the visits of those envoys?

Will the Minister for Inter Provincial Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the number of stadiums for various sports in the country with province-wise break-up; (b) the names and locations of the said stadiums which are in dilapidated condition; and (c) the amount allocated for renovation of the said stadiums during the last four years with year-wise and province-wise breakup?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) the details of agricultural and food products being processed in the country; (b) whether it is a fact that the country’s Food Processing Industry is highly fragmented and dominated by the unorganized sector, if so, the details thereof indicating also the corrective measures being taken by the Government in this regard; and (c) the steps taken / being taken by Government to increase the efficiency of the Food Processing Sector in the country?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government has made any assessment of the quality and standard of education and teaching in the universities and colleges in the country, if so, the details thereof; (b) whether the Government has launched any progreamme / scheme for improvement of the said quality and standard, if so, the details thereof; (c) whether the Government has reviewed the effectiveness of the said programme / scheme, if so, the results thereof; and (d) the steps taken / being taken by the Government for overall improvement of education system in the country?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to conduct an analysis to find our the reasons as to why the universities an other degree awarding institutions in the country are lagging behind at international level, if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to bring the standard of the said universities and institutions at par with the international standards?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the names of educational schemes launched by or with the assistance of UNESCO in the country during the last five years with province wise break up; and (b) the amount provided by the said Agency for educational schemes during the said period indicating also the name of department / authority to which the same have been provided in each case?

Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to state: (a) the names and place of domicile of the persons sent abroad for employment by the Overseas Employment Corporation during the last three years indicating the job category for which they were selected and fee charged from them in each case; and (b) the procedure adopted for the selection of the said persons?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state the details of assistance provided by foreign countries in health sector during the last five years with year and project wise break up?

Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the amount of EOBI pension is Rs. 5250/- but the machine take out only Rs. 5000/- and the pensioners have to wait for the next month to get the remaining Rs. 250/- along with the pension for the that month (i.e. Rs. 5500/-), if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which this issue will be resolved; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to increase the amount of the said pension from Rs. 5250/- to Rs. 5700/- per month?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the number of Fine Arts universities in public sector in the country; and (b) the steps taken / being taken by the Government to promote Arts and Technical Education in the country?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state the steps being taken by the Government to control Hepatitis ‘B’ and ‘C’ in the country and to provide free medical treatment to the patients of the same?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to bring of the standard of education been given to the students in educational institutions under the administrative control of the Federal Government at par with the International standards, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Inter Provincial Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the number of football stadiums in the country with province wise break up; (b) the amount allocated for maintenance of the said stadiums during the last five years; (c) the number of new stadiums constructed by the Government in the country during the said period; and (d) the funds released / provided to the provinces for construction of the said stadiums during that period?

Will the Minister for Ports and Shipping be pleased to state: (a) the volume of trade being done through Gwader Port at present; and (b) the steps taken / being taken by the Government to enhance trade through the said port?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the details of increase made in the prices of medicines in the country during 2015-16; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to control the said prices?

Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to state: (a) the names of companies / industries registered with Employees Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI) indicating also the number of workers in each of the same with province wise and district wise break up; (b) the funds received by EOBI from the said companies / industries and their employees / workers during the last five years with province wise and district wise break up; and (c) the amount paid by EOBI to the registered employees / workers during the said period with head wise, province wise and district wise break up?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the manufacturing and sale of homeopathic medicines has not been regularized in the country; and (b) whether it is also a fact that sub-standard homeopathic medicines and those spiked with steroids are being sold in the country, if so, the steps being taken by the Government to regularize the manufacturing and sale of the said medicines?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the number of hospitals / institutions for mental health working under the administrative control of the Federal Government in the country indicating also the number of psychiatrists / psychologists/mental health specialists working in the same; (b) the number of mental health patients registered in the said hospitals / institutes since 1st January, 2016; and (c) the number of seminars, conventions and public awareness programmes through electronic and print media about mental health problems / fitness conducted by the Government during the said period?

Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to state: (a) the names, designation, date of appointment, educational qualifications, experience place of domicile and terms of service of the Members of Board of Governors, Managing Directors and Directors of the Overseas Pakistanis Foundation indicating also the pay, allowance and other fringe benefits admissible to them; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to improve the performance of the said Foundation?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the number of cases of plagiarism in P.H.D thesis reported in the University of Karachi and its campuses during the year 2015 and 2016 indicating also the names of students against whom the same were reported; (b) whether it is a fact that a Committee comprising experts from Quaid-e-Azam University and NUST and a panel comprising faculty members from different Universities were made of investigate the said allegations of plagiarism, if so, the details of findings thereof and the action taken against those found involved in the same; and (c) the steps taken by the present Government to root out plagiarism in educational institutions in the country?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the names, educational qualifications, specialization and experience of the incumbent members of the Board of Governor of Federal Urdu University; and (b) the name of authority which select or grant approval for selection of the member of the said Board?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the names of NGOs running Basic Education Community Schools (BECS) or Primary Schools in collaboration with the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training in the country; (b) the amount spent by the said NGOs on establishing those schools; and (c) the number of the said schools established by the Government through public-private partnership in the country during the last five years with province wise break up?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) the estimated quantity of Genetically Modified (GM) seeds being provided to farmers in the country on annual basis indicating also the names of crops for which the same are being used; and (b) the details of effects of the said seeds on production of those crops?

Will the Minister for Foreign Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the names, designations, grades and date of appointment of the persons working on deputation basis in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; (b) whether it is a fact that the said persons have not been repatriated to their parent departments in the light of the directions of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) whether it is also fact that the said persons are also posted in Pakistan Missions abroad, if so, the reasons thereof?
