Will the Minister Planning, Development and Reforms be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to acquire extra land, during the process of acquisition of land for construction of roads under CPEC, for extension of Railway line along that road in future, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact the Government’s domestic debt and liabilities have increased by 80% during the last three fiscal years; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to control / decrease the said debt?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization be pleased to state: (a) the steps taken / being taken by the Government to strengthen the national economy indigenously instead of obtaining foreign loans to meet the financial crunch; and (b) whether any programme has been initiated for the said purpose, if so, the details and results thereof?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization be pleased to state: (a) the amount of foreign and domestic debt as on 31-12-2014 and the increase registered in the same since 1st January, 2015; (b) the interest paid on foreign and domestic debts since 1st January, 2014 with year wise break up; (c) the names of countries / international organizations from which the foreign debts have been obtained; and (d) the steps taken / being taken by the Government to reduce the said debts?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization be pleased to state: (a) the number of the persons registered under and being benefited from the Benazir Income Support Programme with district wise break up; (b) the procedure laid down for revision of the lists of the persons registered under the said Programme indicating also the date on which the lists were revised last time and the names of districts the lists of which were revised; and (c) whether any mechanism for registration of complaints has been devised in that Programme, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Reforms be pleased to state: (a) the steps taken / being taken by the Government for development of the less developed areas in the country; and (b) the funds allocated and released for the said purpose during the present regime?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state the details of items exported through Export Processing Zones during the fiscal years 2014-15 and 2015-16 with country wise break up?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Reforms be pleased to state the number of persons appointed in the Ministry of Planning, Development and Reforms, its attached departments and sub ordinate offices since June, 2013 with grade wise and province wise break up?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that some elements / groups are involved in import of auto parts in the shape of scrap from Japan which are later on rejoined in the shape of cars, if so, the steps taken / being taken by the Government in this regard; and (b) whether any person(s) involved in the said business has / have been arrested so far, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization be pleased to state the names and locations of the public sector industries / entities proposed to be privatized during the current and next fiscal years indicating also the present position of profit / loss, expected date of publishing of advertisement for privatization and expected date of privatization of the same in each case?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state whether it is a fuel that tests were conducted by NTS for appointment against various posts in Utility Stores Corporation, advertised in 2015 and 2016, if so, the dates of tests conducted, number of candidates appeared in written tests with province wise breakup, the fee charged from the candidates for appearing in the test, the number of candidates who qualified the tests, the number of candidates called for interviews, the dates of conducting the interviews and the number of persons appointed in each case?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Reforms be pleased to stale: (a) the mechanism / criteria laid down for inclusion of development projects of provinces in PSDP; and (b) the details of projects included in PSDP during the last ten years with province wise break up?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Reforms be pleased to state: (a) the estimated number of unemployed persons in the country at present; (b) the procedure adopted for collection of the said data; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to provid employment to those persons?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state the names and locations of centers / institutions which impart training in craftsmanship and other skill in rural areas of the Country under “Aik Hunar Aik Nagar” (AHAN), programme?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that home remittances have dropped by 5.4% in the first quarter of 2016-17 as compared to the first quarter of 2015-16, if so, the reasons thereof; (b) the percentage share of home remittances in the country financial reserves at present; and (c) the steps taken by the Government to attract more remittances during the last four years?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization be pleased to state: (a) the amount collected as Export Development Surcharge by the Government during the last five years with year-wise breakup; (b) the percentage rate of Export Development Surcharge levied on all exports of the country during the said period with yearwise breakup; and (c) the amount transferred by the Ministry of Finance to Export Development Fund during the said period with year-wise breakup?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization be pleased to state: (a) the details of individual assets which have been pledged against increase of public indebtedness since the fiscal year 2013-14; and (b) the details of any revenue stream which have been pledged / monetized / securitized for the said purpose during that period?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization be pleased to state: (a) the terms and conditions under which Sukuk bonds or Islamic bonds have recently been issued or proposed to be issued; and (b) whether the terms of the 500 million Eurobonds issued in 2015 provided for the option to prepay the debt?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state the names, designations and date of appointment of the persons working on contract and daily wages basis in the Utility Stores Corporation?
