Will the Minister for Science and Technology be pleased to state whether the Pakistan Council of Research in Water Resource (PCRWR) in consultation with Pakistan Standard Quality Control Authority (PSQCA) has proposed or is proposing any measures to the Government to ensure the quality of potable water in Islamabad, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization be pleased to state: (a) the amount collected as Export Development Surcharge by the Government during the last five years with year-wise breakup; (b) the percentage rate of Export Development Surcharge levied on all exports of the country during the said period with year wise breakup; and (c) the amount transferred by the Ministry of Finance to Export Development Fund during the said period with year-wise breakup?

Will the Minister for Science and Technology be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Pakistan Council for Research in Water Resources (PCRWR) has declared 11 brands of mineral water as unsafe for drinking during October, 2016, if so, the action taken against the manufacturers of those brands; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to control the manufacturing of substandard mineral water in the country?

Will the Minister for Science and Technology be pleased to state whether it is a fact that a number of posts in BPS-20 and equivalent in Pakistan Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (PCSIR) meant for promotion are lying vacant for more than a year, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which the same will be filled in?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization be pleased to state: (a) the details of NGOs registered with the Ministry of Economic Affairs Division so far; (b) the number of NGOs in the country against which the relevant agencies have carried out investigations so far; and (c) the steps taken /being taken by the Government to regulate the functioning and funding of NGOs in the country?

Will the Minister for Science and Technology be pleased to state: (a) the details of income from commercial activities of each department / lab under the administrative control of the Ministry of Science and Technology during the last one year; (b) the steps taken by the Government to increase the said income of those departments / labs to make them self-sufficient; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to introduce public-private partnership in the said departments / labs in order to improve their performance, reduce the production cost and ensure quality of their products / services?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Reforms be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the China Machinery and Engineering Corporation (CMEC), a Chinese Company, has been mandated to provide human resource for execution of Coal Power Projects under CPEC; (b) whether it is also a fact that the said company has not enrolled locals for menial jobs relating to the said projects, if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) the number of Pakistani Engineers, Miners and Experts enrolled by the said company for those projects at present?

Will the Minister for Science and Technology be pleased to state: (a) the steps being taken by the Government to improve the performance of Pakistan Standard and Quality Control Authority (PSQCA); (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to provide more financial resources to the said authority to have more human resources, if so, the details thereof; (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to increase the fee being charged by that Authority, if so, the details thereof; and (d) the steps being taken by the Government to recover the outstanding amount of fee of said Authority?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the quality of Honda Civic car, 2016 launched in Pakistan is not up to the mark; (b) the names of components of the said car being imported from Foreign countries; (c) the details of transfer of technology in local car manufacturing in the country; (d) the steps taken by the Government to improve the manufacturing of car components locally in the country during the last four years; and (e) the name of authority which is responsible for quality control of cars being manufactured in the country?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) the details of motorcycles and passenger cars production units established in the country at present; and (b) whether it is a fact that the automobile industry in the country has been facing slowed down growth at present, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Reforms be pleased to state the detail of the on-going projects on eastern and western routes of the CPEC with province-wise breakup?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state the steps being taken by the Government to enhance the production of engineering sector of the country?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to increase the allocations for “waseela-e-Haq” and “waseela-e-rozgar” schemes under the Benazir Income Support Programme, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that huge amount on account of gas bill is outstanding against the Pakistan Steel Mills, if so, the details thereof and the steps being taken by the Government to clear the same; (b) whether it is also a fact that the production of the said Mills increased considerably during the year 2014 due to bailout package provided by the Government, if so, the details thereof; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to provide a bailout package to those Mills, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization be pleased to state: (a) the amount of loans obtained by the Government of Pakistan from International Monetary Fund and world Bank since 1st January, 2014, indicating also the interest rate and terms and conditions thereof; (b) the amount of loans obtained by the Government of Pakistan from domestic banks during the said period indicating also the interest rate and terms and conditions thereof; and (c) the steps taken by the Government to pay back the foreign loans?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization be pleased to state: (a) the unrealized amount of privatization proceeds during the last three years indicating also the names of persons or parties against whom the same are outstanding; and (b) the details of the privatization proceeds which are presently held up due to court cases?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization be pleased to state the number of persons working in BPS-1 to BPS-22 in the Ministry Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization, its attached departments, corporations, authorities, subordinate offices etc. with grade wise and province wise break up including those belonging to FATA and Gilgit Baltistan?
