Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the number of non-functional thermal power plants in the country at present; and (b) whether it is a fact that a number of the thermal power plants are not operating at their full capacity, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state: (a) the criteria / procedure laid down for collection of the amount under social welfare obligation from the oil and gas exploration companies in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa; and (b) the amount collected from the said companies during the last three years and the details of its utilization?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state: (a) the present status of the Iran-Pakistan gas pipeline project; and (b) whether any amount has been allocated for the said project during the current fiscal year, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the amount collected by the Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation from Government employees for purchasing land for the Bara Kahu Housing Scheme, indicating also the measurement of land purchased for the scheme so far; (b) the time by which allotment and possession of plots will be handed over to those Government employees who have deposited the required amount for the same; and (c) whether it is a fact that the said Foundation has issued letters of allotment of plots of Officers in Sector G-13 and 14, Islamabad but the same have not been issued to the applicants of Bara Kahu housing scheme so far, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a number of officers in grades 16 to 18 living in Government Accommodations below their entitlement are not being allotted accommodations according to their entitlement, if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) whether it is also a fact that rent and other charges on account of Government Accommodation are being deducted from the salaries of the said officers as per their grades and not according to the accommodations they are living in, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the installed capacity of electricity generation of Warsak Dam; and (b) whether it is a fact that the said capacity of that dam has decreased due to silt filling in the same, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state: (a) the nature and tenure of appointment for the sitting Managing Director of OGDCL; (b) whether it is a fact that the said Managing Director has dual nationality; and (c) whether a person having dual nationality can be appointed against the said post under the rules or otherwise?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state the action taken by the Government against the consultants, contractors and officials who were found responsible for using substandard material and poor quality of constructions in the projects launched by PWD and National Construction Company during the last three years?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state whether India is building any dam on Pakistani rivers in violation of Indus Water Treaty, 1960, if so, the steps taken by the Government to raise the same on International forums in order to get it stopped?

Will the Minister for Religious Affairs and Inter-Faith Harmony be pleased to state: (a) the names / provisions of Family Laws which provide for financial and social benefits to single mothers (widow / divorced) with kids; and (b) whether any funds have been allocated for provision of the said benefits to those women / mothers during the current fiscal year, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to abolish the taxes being collected in the electricity bills under the heads of F.C. surcharge, T.R. surcharge, N.J. surcharge and GST for the poor people in the country, if so, when?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether it is fact that the Pakistan Housing Authority (PHA) had constructed “C” and “E” types flats in sector G-11/3, Islamabad, if so, the number of flats constructed and handed over to the allottees so far; and (b) whether it is also a fact that neither the facility of Sui-gas has been provided to the said flats nor internal roads in that area have been carpeted so far, if so the time by which those works will be carried out?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state: (a) the quantity of petroleum products produced in the country during the last two years with product wise break up; and (b) the details of new oil and gas reservoirs / wells discovered in the country during the said period with province and location wise break up?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state: (a) the quantity of petroleum products imported during the last one year and its comparison with that imported during the preceding year; (b) the names of countries from which the said products were imported; and (c) the rate at which each of those products were imported and the rate at which the same were sold to the consumers in the country?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to generate electricity through Run of the River (ROR) Dams by utilizing the tributaries of the rivers in the country, if so, the details thereof; (b) whether any feasibility study has been undertaken for construction of the said dams / projects, if so, the details thereof; and (c) the number of experts hired by WAPDA to conduct research on generating electricity through those dams / projects during the last five years?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state: (a) the rate at which petroleum development levy was charged / collected by the Government during the last four years with year wise break up; (b) the amount collected by the Government under the said head during that period with year wise break up; and (c) the mode / details of utilization of the said amount?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the amount collected through deductions of 5% rent charges from the salaries of Government employees living in Government Accommodations during the last three years with year wise break up; (b) the details of Government accommodations on which the said amount was spent during that period with year wise break up; and (c) whether any audit of the said amount has been conducted during that period, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the National Water Policy has not been announced so far, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state the number of persons working in BPS-09 to BPS-20 or equal scales in PSO, PPL, SNGPL and SSGCL with province-wise breakup?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be please to state: (a) the names of persons who have been provided domestic and commercial electricity connections in Sub-Division, Moro-I District Naushahro Feroze, Sindh, by SEPCO during the last five years indicating also the date of provision of connection in each case; and (b) the names of persons who submitted complaints in the said Sub- Division regarding excessive billing during that period and the action taken thereon?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the acreage of land purchased by the Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation for the Bara Kahu Housing scheme so far; and (b) the time by which the survey will be completed and development work will be started on the said scheme indicating also the time by which allotment letters will be issued to allottees and possession of plots will be handed over to them?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the number of Government accommodations which have been illegally occupied by trespassers in the country at present with city wise break up; and (b) the steps taken by the Government to get the said accommodations vacated from that illegal occupation during the last three years?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the names and date of posting of Line Superintendents, SDOs and above Officers presently posted in District Lakki Marwat and D.I.Khan; and (b) whether it is a fact that a number of the said officers have been posted in those district for more than three years, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the amount allocated for the project for construction of Munda Dam during the fiscal year 2016-17; and (b) the present status of work on the said project and the time by which the same will be completed?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the date on which last audit of heat and plant efficiency of public and private sector IPPs was carried out by the Government; and (b) whether it is a fact that the said IPPs have refused to carry out their plant efficiency audit, if so, the steps being taken by the Government in this regard?
