Will the Minister for Human Rights be pleased to state: (a) the amount allocated for the Human Rights wing of the Ministry of Human Rights during the last three fiscal years with year wise break up; and (b) the names of projects on which the said funds were spent during that period?

Will the Minister for Religious Affairs and Inter-Faith Harmony be pleased to state the steps taken/being taken by the Government to provide/ensure safety to minorities with particular reference to the Christian community,in practicing their own religion in the country?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state whether it is a fact that Asian Development Bank has refused to provide funds for the construction of Diamer-Bhasha Dam, if so, the alternative measures adopted/being adopted by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Capital Development Authority has made payment in September, 2005 to the Sui Northern Gas pipelines Limited (SNGPL) for provision of gas to Sector I-14,Islamabad; (b) whether it is also a fact that SNGPL has failed to provide natural gas to the residents of the said Sector so far, if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to provide natural gas to the residents of the said Sector?

Will the Minister for Human Rights be pleased to state: (a) the procedure laid down by the National Commission for Human Rights (NCHR) for receiving complaints from individuals and taking suo moto actions in case of violation of human rights; (b) the number of complaints received from individuals and suo moto notices taken by the said Commission during the last three years and the action taken thereon separately; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to check and control human rights violations and ensure protection of human rights in the country?

Will the Minister for Religious Affairs and Inter-Faith Harmony be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a Sufi Council was established in the country during the Pervez Musharraf regime, if so, the present status of the same; (b) the major functions and achievements of the said Council; and (c) the details of support which the Government is providing to that Council?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Prime Minister’s Office be pleased to state: (a) the criteria laid down for granting permission to foreign investors for making investment in Pakistan; (b) the number of foreign investors applied for permission for investment in Pakistan during the last three years indicating also the number of those who were granted the same; and (c) the number of those investors who were not granted permission during the said period and the reasons thereof in each case?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Prime Minister’s Office be pleased to state: (a) the volume of foreign investment made in the country during the last three years with sector-wise break-up; and (b) the steps taken by the present Government to attract more foreign investment and to facilitate the foreign investors?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state: (a) the number of foreign investors who have shown interest for making investment in oil and gas sectors in Pakistan during the last three years; (b) the number of meetings of the said investors held with the Minister and officers concerned of the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Resources during the said period; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to facilitate the foreign investors in the field of oil and gas?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that through 18th Constitutional Amendment the Provinces have been allowed to generate electricity by their own with prior permission of the Federal Government; (b) whether any province has sought permission of the Federal Government for generation of electricity by itself since the passage of the said amendment, if so, the details thereof; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to encourage the Provinces to generate electricity by their own?
