Will the Minister for Human Rights be pleased to state: (a)the procedure laid down by the National Commission for Human Rights (NCHR) for receiving complaints from individuals and taking suo moto actions in case of violation of human rights; (b)the number of complaints received from individuals and suo moto notices taken by the said Commission during the last three years and the action taken thereon separately; and (c)the steps being taken by the Government to check and control human rights violations and ensure protection of human rights in the country?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a)whether it is a fact that the quota allocated to Constitutional bodies for allotment of plots in Government Housing Schemes has been reduced, if so, the reasons thereof; and (b)whether letters have been issued to the employees of the said bodies for allotment of plots in Bara Kahu and F-14-15 Housing Schemes, if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state the number of housing schemes launched by the Ministry of Housing and Works in Quetta during the last ten years indicating also the location, acreage of land purchased, date of purchasing, price at which purchased, percentage of development work completed so far and expected date of completion of the scheme in each case?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state the names and names of departments of officers and officials who have been allotted Government Accommodation in category above their entitlement during the last two years and the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state the names and departments of the Government employees who have been allotted Government accommodations during the period from January, 2016 to January, 2017 with category wise break up?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state whether it is a fact that FGEHF has been collecting Rs. 5 to 6 lacs from the Government employees who have applied for allotment of plots in Bara Kahu Housing Scheme, if so, the number of employees who have deposited the same so far and the time by which they will be allotted plots in the scheme?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a)the details of land purchased by the Ministry of Housing and Works for its housing schemes during the last five years; (b)the procedure adopted for the purchase of the said land; and (c)the acreage of land purchase by the said Ministry for its housing schemes in Bara Kahu and Tallian indicating also the names of persons from which the same was purchased and price at which purchased?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state the mechanism devised to check / oversee the quality of petrol being sold at petrol pumps in the country and to punish those involved in the sale of low quality petrol?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state whether it is a fact that there is shortage of gas in the country at present?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a)the number of Drug Courts in Islamabad Capital Territory; (b)the names, educational qualifications and experience of the chairmen and judges / members of each of the said court; (c)the procedure laid down for appointment of the said chairmen and judges / members; and (d)whether the said courts have been using any testing or documentation procedure in order to verify the evidences or samples, if so, the names of authority which is mandated to provide facilitation to the courts in this regard?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state the names and locations and locations of wells drilled for exploration of oil and gas in the country during the last three years wise break up?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a)whether it is fact that Pakistan Housing Foundation in its advertisement for 1st phase stated that once registration would be valid for any future scheme; and (b)whether it is also a fact that the Government employees registered in 1st phase have not been considered in 2nd phase, if so, reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state whether the Government of India is allowing the stipulated quantity of water to flow to Pakistan from the respective rivers as per the terms of Indus Basin Treaty?
