Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of persons posted / deputed for the cleanliness and maintenance of Fatima Jinnah Park, F-9, Islamabad with shift wise break up; (b) whether it is a fact that work of cleanliness and maintenance in the said park is not up to the standard, if so, the action taken against those found responsible for the same during the last one year; and (c) the steps taken / being taken by the government to improve the condition of that park?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the details of cases and violations of CDA by-laws etc. by various shopping malls and hotels in Islamabad during the last two years including those committed by Safa Gold Mall and Grand Hayat and the details of action taken by CDA against them; and (b) the present status of cases / proceedings against Safa Gold Mall and Grand Hayat and the steps taken / being taken by the Government for early decision thereon?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) whether any inquiry has been conducted into the air crash of ATR aircraft near Havelian in December, 2016, if so, the findings thereof; (b) the names and designation of officials of PIA found responsible for the said air crash and the action taken against them; and (c) the steps taken by the Government to avoid such accidents in future?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Pakistan is importing MDF sheets on higher prices from counties like Sri Lanka under the Free Trade Agreement (FTA); (b) the names of countries from which the said sheets are being imported at reduced prices; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to import those sheets from China which has offered reduced price for the same, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to refer to the Senate starred question No. 134 replied on 17th January, 2017 and state the names of teachers working in BPS-16 and 17 in the educational institutions under the administrative control of the Federal Directorate of Education who are presently eligible for time scale promotion to BPS-17 and 18 but have not been granted those scales so far indicating also the date of eligibility, the reasons for not granting time scale promotion and the time by which the same will be granted in each case?
