Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Pakistan is among those three countries of the world where polio still exist; and (b) whether it is also a fact that a large quantity of vaccines are being disposed of as waste by the drug mafia; if so, the action taken against responsibles therefor during tenure of the present Government?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Independent Power Producers generate less electricity then their capacity in the country at present; if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) the steps taken by the Government to improve their efficiency?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that electricity can be generated from garbage waste; if so, whether there is any proposal/plan in pipeline therefor at present; (b) whether there is also any proposal under consideration of the Government to send employees/experts of the Ministry abroad to learn about the technologies being used for generation of electricity from garbage waste or to invite experts from abroad to teach the employees of the Ministry for generation of electricity thereby; and (c) whether any research made by the Ministry therefor; if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that down payment alongwith two installments have been collected/received from Government employees by the Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation on first come first serve basis during the year 2009 for allotment of plots in the Bhara Kahu Housing Scheme; (b) whether it is also a fact that the development work has not been started thereon; if so, the reasons thereof; (c) the time by which the development work of the said Scheme will be completed; and (d) the total amount collected from provisional allottees of the said Scheme so far?
