Will the Minister In-charge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has entered in an agreement with the Turkish Airlines; (b) whether it is also a fact that all passengers from Pakistan who want to go to Europe via PIA will first go to Turkey and then will be transferred to Turkish Airline Flight which will take them to their destiny in Europe and vice versa; if so, the reasons for entering in such kind of agreement; and (c) whether the PIA cannot fly directly to Europe; if so, the reasons thereof?
