Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to state: (a) the steps taken / being taken by the Government to control the activities of overseas employment promoters in the country who are involved in illegal immigration / human trafficking; and (b) whether the present Government has brought any increase in penalties / punishment for the said promoters, if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Foreign Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the names of Pakistani nationals imprisonal in USA at present indicating also the nature of offence and date of imprisonment in each case, separately; (b) the names of Pakistani nationals whose cases are under trial in different courts of the said country indicating also the nature and date of initiation of trial in each case; and (c) the details of the assistance, if any, being provided to the said prisoners by the Embassy of Pakistan?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) the names and locations of toll plazas established on M-1 and M-2 Motorways; (b) the increase made in the rate of toll tax on the said toll plazas during the last five years with plaza wise breakup; and (c) the income received from those toll plazas during the said period with year wise and plaza wise breakup?

Will the Minister for Foreign Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the number of persons belonging to Balochistan working in BPS-1 to 16 in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs indicating also the number of those having domicile and local certificates separately; (b) whether the quota reserved for Balochistan against posts in the said grades has been filled in; and (c) whether the domicile and local certificate of those persons have been verified from their respective districts in Balochistan?
