Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be please to state the details of steps taken by the Government to block obscene, adulterous ant derogatory sites on Youtube and other internet sites of such nature?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the estimated loss being suffered by the Government annually due to grey trafficking; and (b) the steps taken / being taken by the Government to control the said trafficking?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Climate Change Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of persons who lost their lives and those injured in recent earthquake in the province of Balochistan; and (b) the details of compensation paid to the affectees of the said earthquake?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of persons presently working on deputation basis in CDA; (b) the reasons for appointing the said persons on deputation basis in that authority; and (c) the criteria laid down for appointment on deputation basis in the said authority?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state the names and designations of the officers / officials of the Pakistan Telecommunications Authority (PTA) who went abroad on official visits during the last five years indicating also the purpose of visit and amount spent in each case?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of Annual Reports of the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) laid before the Parliament in pursuance of FPSC Ordinance, 1977, during the last ten years; and (b) the number of the said Reports which have been submitted to the President of Pakistan but are not approved for laying before the Parliament so far; and (c) the time by which the remaining reports will be laid before the Parliament?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) the criteria laid down for selection of educationists / examiners for preparation and checking of papers of CSS examinations; (b) the names, educational qualifications and names of universities / educational institutions of teachers / professors who were selected for preparation and checking of papers of CSS examination, 2013, indicating also the remuneration paid to them for the services rendered by them in the said examination; (c) whether FPSC has evolved any mechanism to monitor / check the standard of “objective marking” of the said papers; and (d) the remedial ways and means available for the aggrieved candidates of the said examinations against “subjective approach” of “opinionated” marking of the said papers?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) the names, place of domicile, parents’ profession, age, CNIC Nos. and details of grades / division of the candidates having simply graduation qualifications who qualified written examination of CSS, 2013, indicating also the names of universities / institutions from which they have received education; and (b) the names, place of domicile, parents’ profession, age and CNIC Nos. and details of GPA, grade or division of the candidates having M. Phil, MS, or Ph.D. qualification who could not qualify the said examination indicating also the names of universities / institutions from which they have received education?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that PIA marketing department presently does not have a full Director and is working under officiating Director; (b) the educational qualifications and experience of the said Officiating Director and the salary, allowances and other fringe benefits admissible to him; and (c) the main strategies being adopted by the said department to improve the financial position of the airline?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of persons working in the Pakistan Telecommunications Authority (PTA) with grade-wise and province-wise break-up; and (b) the number of posts lying vacant in the Authority and the time by which the same will be filled in?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) the leave rules for civil servants and the number of civil servants on long leave; (b) the number of civil servants by grade working for, providing advisory services to, and doing consultancies for International organizations, international donor agencies and INGOs?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Climate Change Division be pleased to state the names of Government and Semi-Government Organizations, Authorities, Bodies, Associations, Cells, Centers, Commissions, Forces, Societies, etc working on disaster relief in the country such as floods, earthquakes or any other natural or man made disaster?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Literacy is a Federal subject according to the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan; and (b) whether the Government Organizations which render Literacy as a service have been devolved to the provinces or retained by the Federal Government?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of persons appointed in Pakistan Telecommunications Authority (PTA) during the last five years with grade-wise and province-wise break up; and (b) the procedure adopted for the said appointments?

Will the Minister for Commerce and Textile Industry be pleased to state: (a) the volume of trade with Spain during the last three years; (b) the details of various items exported to the said country during the period; (c) the details of various items imported from that country during the said period; and (d) the steps taken by the Government to improve the balance of trade with that country?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state the reasons for establishment of Ministry of Education, Trainings and Standards in Higher Education at Federal level even after the devolution of subject of education to the Provinces?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state whether it is a fact that no quota has been reserved for the people of Islamabad Capital Territory in Federal Government Services, if so, its reasons?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state whether it is fact that no amount has been allocated for field sports, scholarships and cultural activities of students in the budget for Primary and Secondary Education in Islamabad Capital Territory, if so, its reasons?

Will the Minister Incharge of Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that marking of papers CSS examination is rechecked or re -evaluated in order to remove any favoritism or prejudice (b)whether it is also a fact that the said rechecking carried out by examiners of the same educational institution to which the examiners who initially mark those papers belongs, if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) the details of cases wherein initial marks were increased or reduced after rechecking during the last two years?

Will the Minister Inchage of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) the steps taken by the Government / FPSC for equal representation of all federating units and ethnicities in the country in civil superior services; and(b) the steps taken by FPSC to ensure transparency and accountability at all stages of marking and evaluation in written examination and interview for CSS?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state whether the FPSC has evolved any mechanism to provide equal and fair opportunities to the youth in different parts of the country for participating in the competitive examinations according to their background and standard of education, if so, its details?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) the number and location of examination centers established in the country by the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) for CSS examination, 2013, indicating also the number of candidates appeared for written examination in each center and the names, parents’ profession, place of domicile, educational qualifications and the marks secured in that examination by successful candidates of each center; (b) the names of the candidates whose result of written examination was held-up indicating also the reasons thereof in each case; and (c) the names, educational qualifications with grade / division, place of domicile, parents’ profession of the said candidates whose results were cleared later on declaring them as successful ones indicating also the marks secured by them in the said examination?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the names, designation and length of service in the BISP of the officers of that program who went abroad on official visits during the last four years indicating also the purpose of visit, dates of departure and arrival and duration of the event in each case; (b) whether the said officers have submitted any report regarding those visits, if so, the details thereof and if not, its reasons; and (c) whether the said officers have reconciled the expenditures incurred on those visit by submitting proper receipts and vouchers, if so, the details thereof?
