Will the Minister for Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage be pleased to state: (a) the names and place of domicile of the Members of Board of Governors of PEMRA; (b) the powers and functions of the said Board; (c) the procedure being adopted by PEMRA for making decisions regarding the affairs of electronic and print media; and (d) whether the said board is independent in making policy regarding electronic and print media?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state:(a) the acreage of land of Pakistan Railways in Provincial Capitals in the country which is presently leased out indicating also the names of lessee and period of lease in each case; and (b) the monthly / annual income from the said land and the purpose for which the same is utilized?

Will the Minister for Interior and Narcotics Control be pleased to state: (a) the number of officers of Police Service of Pakistan promoted in 1999, 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005, separately; and (b) the number of junior officers of Islamabad Capital Territory Police promoted during each of the said years?
