Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the bills of electricity are being sent during the last dates of every month to deposit the same; if so, the reasons thereof; (b) since when the said practice is going on; (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to send said bills in first week of every month; if not, the reasons thereof; (d) whether it is also a fact that the Federal Ombudsman Secretariat has issued orders to the WAPDA that early dates of the month should be fixed to deposit the said bills; if so, the reasons of non-compliance of said orders; and (e) the action taken against persons who did not implement the said orders?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) whether funds allocated during the financial year 2016-17 under the Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP) for installation of the transmission line in Zhob-Chashma-Dera Ismail Khan are sufficient to complete the said line; (b) whether the said transmission line will be completed by 2018; and (c) the total expenditure to be incurred thereon?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) whether the Madian Hydropower Project/Dam is being constructed on River Swat; if so, the tariff thereof; (b) whether sponsors have approached to the National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) to prepare feasibility study for the construction of said Dam; (c) whether approval of tariff has been given for the Asrit-Kedam Hydropower Project by the NEPRA; (d) whether Kaigah Hydropower Project (KHP)/Dam is being constructed on Indus River; if so, the tariff and feasibility study thereof; (e) whether the KHP has been approved therefor; and (f) the present status of said Projects?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the poles of electricity in Tarnol particularly in Street of Masjid Quba, near PTCL Exchange, Marcha Stop, Islamabad have leaned; (b) whether it is also a fact that said poles are hazardous for residents of the said area/areas; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to lay the electricity wires underground or to level/fix the same poles; if so, the time by which it will be implemented?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that electricity has not been supplied to village Kot Kacha, Tehsil Pind Dadan Khan, District Jhelum so far; if so, the reasons thereof; (b) whether any survey has been conducted to provide electricity in the said village in recent past; if so, the details thereof; (c) the estimated cost to be incurred to provide electricity to the said village; and (d) the steps being taken to provide electricity to the said village in near future?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that two iron poles and one electricity meter were approved on 07-03-2017 for installation in Chack Jalal Din, Qureshi Abad, Rawalpindi vide application No.1559/A1; (b) if the answer to part (a) above is in the affirmative, whether said poles and meter have been installed; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that connections for agricultural Tube Wells are not being given to consumers of Noon Kalu, Tehsil Shahpur; (b) whether amount has been deposited therefor; (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in the affirmative, the reasons thereof; and (d) the steps being taken by the Government to improve the performance of WAPDA?
