Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state whether is it a fact that an amount of 6.330 million dollars of Pakistan State Oil is outstanding against various suppliers on account of late load claims during the period from 2004 to 2016, if so, the names of suppliers and the reasons for not recovering the said amount so far?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state whether it is a fact that according to the summary approved by the competent authority, the salary package of the present M.D. PSO was to be rectified by the Board of Management but the same was not done, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) the composition and functions of National Energy Policy Committee; and (b) the names, designations and educational qualifications of the members of the said Committee indicating also the pay, allowance and other fringe benefits admissible to them?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state the names and locations of power projects in Kyber Pakhtunkhwa under the CPEC programme indicating also the capacity, estimated cost, present status and expected date of completion of the same in each case?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) the details of advertisements made by the National Accountalility Bureau and its regional offices in print and electronic media since 1st July, 2013 indicaitng also the payment made for the same in each case; and (b) the amount spent by the said Bureau and its offices on workshops, seminars and awareness campaigns during that period?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) the details of Keyal Khawr Hydropower project indicating also the date of approval, estimated cost, original date of completion, percentage of work done, expenditure incurred so far and expected date of completion of the same; and (b) whether there is any escalation in the cost of the said project, if so, the details and reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the number of plots in Cat-I earmarked for allotment to the Government employees in Sector F-14 and 15 under the Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation (FGEHF) registration drive Phase II with quota wise break up indicating also the number of consent letters issued to the potential allottees against each quota; (b) whether it is a fact that a number of plots in the said category allocated against the quota of Constitutional bodies have remained unallotted, if so, the number and reasons thereof; and (c) whether it is also a fact that FGEHF has not invited fresh applications from the employees of the said bodies for allotment of those plots whereas the same have been invited from the Federal Government Employees, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) the quantum of electricity generated by and transmitted to each province during the last five years; (b) the number of functional and non functional feeders in the country; and (c) the number of loss making feeders in the country indicating also the number of those which are under 80% losses?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) the number of oil and gas reservoirs discovered in the country during the last five year with province wise breakup indicating also the estimated production capacity of each of the same (b) the volume of oil and gas produced in the country during the said period with province wise breakup indicating also the value of the same; and (c) the amount paid to the province on account of royalty for production of oil and gas during that period?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state whether it is fact that development work on Federal Government Employees Housing Scheme Bara Kahu, Islamabad, has not been started so far, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which the same will be started and completed?

Will the Ministry of Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the amount allocated for maintenance of Government accommodations in Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Quetta and Peshawar during the fiscal years 2014-15, 2015-16 and 2016-17 and the details of its utilization with year-wise breakup; and (b) whether it is a fact that the Finance Division issued some special grants to Pak-PWD for maintenance of the said accommodations during the said years, if so, the details of each grant and details of utilizations thereof with year-wise breakup?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to increase the rental ceiling for Government employees by 100%, if so, when: and (b) the steps being taken by then Government to overcome the shortfall of accommodations for Government employees in Islamabad?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the time by which the names, departments and age wise seniority list of the Government employees who got themselves registered in the Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation’s Registration Drive Phase-II extension during the months of June-July, 2017, will be upload on the website of that Foundation; and (b) the site where the said members will be allotted plots?
