Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether the Jammu and Kashmir Cooperative Housing Society allotted plots to its members in Zone-IV, Islamabad during the year 2005; (b) whether possession of the said plots has not been given up till now; if so, the reasons thereof; (c) whether it is a fact that the Capital Development Authority has not issued NOC for development to the said Society up till now; if so, the details thereof; (d) whether it is also a fact that the fine has been imposed on members; if so, the formula used for imposition of fine alongwith the details thereof; and (e) whether it is further a fact that fine in respect of certain members has been waived off; if so, the details and the reasons of contradiction thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that audit of the Jammu and Kashmir Cooperative Housing Society, Islamabad has revealed a fraud of rupees one billion; if so, the details thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that action has been taken by the Government against responsibles thereof; if so, the details thereof; (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to impose ban on that persons involved therein for contesting election of the Society till the completion of inquiry which is under consideration; if not, the reasons thereof; and (d) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to make payment to owners to clear G-15/4 pocket from amount that will be recovered therefrom; if not, the reasons thereof?
