Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the outstanding amount of circular debt for the first quarter of the current fiscal year; (b) the steps taken by the Government after repayment and removal of circular debt to prevent its recurrence; and (c) whether it is a fact that no amount has been allocated in the current budget for the payment of circular debt, if so, the source from which the payment of the same will be made?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state: (a) the year wise import bill of oil since 2008 ; and (b) the financial impact of devaluation of Pakistani rupee on the said bill / import of oil during that period with year-wise breakup?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state: (a) the volume of natural gas being produced and consumed in the country present with province-wise break-up; and (b) the amount of royalty on gas production being given to the provinces with province-wise details?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Prime Minister’s Office be pleased to state: (a) the names and educational qualifications of the members of the Prime Minister’s Inspection Commission; (b) the criteria laid down for selection / appointment of the said members; and (c) the salient achievements of the Commission and details of cases disposed of by it during the last three years?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the number of persons working in electricity Distribution, Transmission and Generation Companies in the country; (b) whether it is a fact that free electricity units are provided to those persons, if so, the number of free electricity units provided to them per annum; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to replace the said free electricity units with monthly payments under the head of utility charges to the said persons?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the names of Ministries / Divisions Government departments, corporations and organizations against which electricity bills of rupees five million or more are outstanding at present; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to recover the said amount?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the responsibilities of the National Housing Authority; (b) the details of projects launched by the Authority during the last five years indicating also the present status of each project with reasons of delay in each case; and (c) the number of housing units provided to the Government employees by the Authority during the said period?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the quantum of water flown to Indus water basin and of that stored in Terbella and Mangla Dams during the last 10 years with year-wise breakup; and (b) the quantum of water gone down stream to Kotri Barrage during the said period according to 1991 accord with year-wise breakup?

Will the Minister for Inter Provincial Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Pakistan Olympic Association headed by General (R) Arif Hassan has been declared illegal by the court; (b) whether it is also a fact that Government of Pakistan is providing funds and other facilities to the said association, if so, its reasons; and (c) whether it is further a fact that no action has been taken by the Government against that association so far, if so, its reasons?

Will the Minister for Inter Provincial Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the International Olympic Committee is interfering in the national / local sports matters of Pakistan, if so, its reasons; (b) whether it is also a fact that the demands / instructions of the said committee relating to the matters of national / local sports committees of Pakistan are being fulfilled / acted upon by the Government, if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) the steps taken by the Government to stop the interference of that committee in the said matters?

Will the Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a legal and elected body of Pakistan Olympic Association exists in the country at present; (b) whether it is also a fact that a devolved Body / Committee is also functioning in the same name at parallel to the said Association and is representing Pakistan in International competitions, if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) whether the Government has taken any action against the said devolved Body / Committee, if so, the details thereof and if not, its reasons?

Will the Minister for Inter Provincial Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that some Government Departments Like Police, WAPDA and Higher Education Commission are participating in the meetings and sports competitions organized by Pakistan Olympic Association headed by General (R) Arif Hasan which has been declared illegal by the court; and (b) whether it is also a fact that the Government has not taken any action against the said departments so far, if so, its reasons?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that 12 % shares of WAPDA have been provided to its employees under Benazir Stock Scheme, if so, the percentage of representation given to the said share holders / employees on the board of directors of WAPDA; and (b) whether it is also a fact that the representation to the employees / said share holders has not been given on that board according to the percentage of shares, if so, its reasons?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the names, designation and BPS of the persons belonging to Balochistan serving in PEPCO and NTDC, WAPDA House Lahore; and (b) the number of persons belonging to Balochistan who are working in the distribution companies in the country other than those in Balochistan?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Provincial Government of Balochistan has provided land for WAPDA Cadet College Quetta, if so, the time by which the construction of that college will be started; and (b) the amount allocated for the said purpose in the current budget?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state: (a) the amount collected under the head of deemed duty and ESCROW duty from 1st January, 2002 to 30th November, 2013; (b) the ratio / rate of the said duty before and after March, 2013; (c) the amount in the joint account of the head of deemed duty and ESCROW indicating also the title of account under which that amount has been kept and the signatory authority of that account; and (d) the amount utilized by oil refineries for desulphurization of diesel during the said period?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state the sources of electricity generation in the country like Hydel, Thermal, Coal, Gas, Atomic and Wind etc. indicating also present capacity, production and per unit cost of each source separately?

Will the Minister for Foreign Affairs be pleased to state the number of Passports issued by Pakistan Missions abroad during the years 2011 and 2012 with country-wise figures?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the number of damaged / defective commercial and domestic electricity meters in the country at present with Tehsil-wise break-up; (b) the number of applications for replacement / repairing of the said meters lying pending with the concerned authorities at present with Tehsil-wise break-up; and (c) the maximum time period within which the said applications are essentially entertained / disposed off?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the number of persons died due to electric shock in the country during the last five years with province-wise break-up; (b) the amount of compensation paid by the government to the heirs of the said persons; and (c) the steps taken / being taken by WAPDA to prevent such incidents in future?
