Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the business of Pakistan Railways has been decreasing day by day, if so, the losses suffered by that department during 2012; (b) the amount presently outstanding against various departments on account of transportation charges indicating the amount outstanding against each department; and (c) the amount recovered by Pakistan Railways under the said heading since 2011?
