Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the amount of financial assistance received by the Government from foreign countries for controlling terrorism in the country since 2013 indicating also the names of the countries which provided the same; and (b) the expenditure incurred by the Government on controlling terrorism in the country during the said period

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that there is an unusual increase in the trade deficit of the country in the past few months, especially over $ 3.4 billion in the month of May, 2017, alone, if so, the reasons thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that the Government has announced Rs. 180 billion subsidy package for textile, clothing, sports,surgical, leather and carpet sectors, if so, the time by which the same will be implemented; and (c) the steps proposed to be taken by the Government to curtail the ever rising trade deficit in the next financial year 2018-19?

Will the Minister for Privatization be pleased to state:- (a) whether it is a fact that the Government has decided to privatize 16 important national organizations / assets, if so, the details thereof indicating also the reasons for their privatization in each case; and (b) whether the present Government has taken any steps to rehabilitate the said organizations in order to avoid their privatization, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to refer to Senate starred question No. 119 replied on 19th September, 2017 and to state the details of requirements presented by Financial Action Task Force (FATF) to be incorporated by Pakistan in its Anti-Money Laundering and Anti Terrorism Laws?

Will the Minister for Privatization be pleased to refer to the Senate starred question No. 123, replied on 19th September, 2017 and state the details of donors and sponsors who provided the remaining expenditures for visit of the Secretary, Privatization Commission to Singapore and Hong Kong, apart from Rs. 41792 of the Government expenditures indicating also the amount provided by them?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state the present status of outstanding loans of Pakistan obtained from various international lending agencies indicating also the ratio of debt servicing against the same?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state whether it is fact that some 40 firms which received sales tax refunds during the last three years have been found to be fake, if so, the steps being taken by the Government to recover the said amount and take action against them?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the foreign exchange reserves of the country have been decreased by 4.6 billion dollars and are barely sufficient to finance only three months imports of the country at present, if so, the reasons for this predicament of economy of the country?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Reforms be pleased to state the names and locations of power projects completed so far under the CPEC programme in the country indicating also the quantum of electricity being contributed to the National Grid by each of the same?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state whether any biometric system has been installed in AGPR, Islamabad to ensure attendance of its employees, if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to conduct a fresh survey for Benazir Income Support Programme after census in the country, if so, when?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that after the announcement of 7th NFC Award in 2009, the Government has not announced the next NFC Award so far despite the fact that it is bound to announce NFC Award after every five years, if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) whether it is also a fact that the provinces have not agreed so far on the distribution of resources, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which the issue will be resolved?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the number of members of the National Finance Commission; (b) the number of meetings of the said Commission which are mandatory to be held in a year under the Constitutional provisions; and (c) the number of meetings of that Commission held during the last five years?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state the names and grades of the officers in BPS-17 and above of the Ministry of Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs, its attached departments and sub-ordinate offices who have been retired compulsorily as punishment during the last five years with year wise break up indicating also the date and reasons of the same in each case?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the amount spent by the Government on the war against terror in the country during the last ten years with year wise and head wise break up; and (b) the amount received by the Government from the United States of America for controlling terrorism in the country during the said period with year wise head wise break up?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Reforms be pleased to state: (a) the details of programmes being introduced by the Government for poverty alleviation in the country during the fiscal year 2017-18 indicating also the progress made in the same so far; and (b) the funds allocated for those programmes during the fiscal year 2017-18?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Finance Division has launched a project for provision of facilities of fresh water treatment, water supply and distribution in Gawadar under the CPEC programme, if so, the details thereof; (b) the amount spent on the said project so far; and (c) the percentage of work completed on that project and the time by which the remaining work will be completed?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state:- (a) whether it is a fact that the Finance Division has launched a project for construction of fish landing jetty and allied harbor facilities at Pishukan, Gawadar, if so, the details thereof; (b) the amount spent on the said project so far; and (c) the percentage of work completed on that project and the time by which the remaining work will be completed?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state the target set for collection of revenue during the first quarter of fiscal year 2017-18 indicating also the amount collected in the same?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Reform be pleased to state the names of projects included in the CPEC programme with province wise break up indicating also the estimated cost and expected date of completion of each of the same?
