Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the names of hospitals in Islamabad which presently have child psychiatry departments; (b) the number of children who were provided treatment in the said departments of those hospitals during the last three years; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to increase the capacity of the said departments in those hospitals?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state whether any mechanism has been evolved by the Government to fix fee structure for the private and international schools in Islamabad, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state the role being played by NEPRA to ensure uninterrupted supply of electricity to the residents of Karachi by K-Electric?

Will the Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunications be pleased to state: (a) the names, designations and date of retirement of the pensioners of Telephone Industries of Pakistan, Haripur; (b) the number of the said pensioners who have been given the facility of restoration of pension; and (c) the names, designations and date of retirement of those pensioners whose cases for restoration of pensions are pending indicating also the time by which the same will be approved?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Printing Corporation of Pakistan (PCP) has been facing financial losses and crisis at present, if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) whether it is also a fact that PCP has recently granted special honoraria to its officers despite the said losses and crisis, if so, the names and designations of the officers and reasons for granting honoraria to them?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of official vehicle(s), staff including driver(s) and fuel limit allowed to Federal Ministers as per their entitlement; and (b) the name of authority responsible for allowing and withdrawing the said vehicles, fuel and staff to those Ministers?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the NEPRA has increased the rate of electricity charges @ 3.48 per unit during September, 2017, if so, the reasons thereof; (b) whether there is any mechanism through which the consumers can challenge the said increase in the price of electricity; and (c) whether any Government department has the power to ask the said Authority to reverse its decision about that increase in the price of electricity?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the names and locations of National Colleges of Arts established in the country; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to establish such college in Balochistan?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the gratuity dues have not been paid to 235 retired employees of Printing Corporation of Pakistan, Islamabad for the last four years, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which the same will be paid to them; and (b) whether it is also a fact that the amount of hiring of houses has not been paid to 70 employees of the said corporation for the last four months, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which the same will be paid to them?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that 286 widows of deceased employees of the Printing Corporation of Pakistan, Islamabad have not been paid the amount of Benevolent Fund for the last eight months, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which the same will be paid to them; and (b) whether it is also a fact that 24 retired employees of the said Corporation have not been paid to the amount of their CP Fund so far, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which the same will be paid to them?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the implementation of Smart School Project has been delayed, if so, the reasons thereof; (b) whether it is a fact that 32 public sector educational institution have been selected for transformation into Smart Schools, if so, the number of the same transformed so far; and (c) the number of principals and teachers trained according to the concepts of smart schools so far?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state the number of female officers in BPS-17 and above working in the Federal Secretariat and other Government departments in Islamabad Capital Territory with province wise and district wise break up?

Will the Minister for Commerce and Textile be pleased to state: (a) the details of the project for establishment of Expo Centre, Quetta; and (b) the amount allocated and released for the said project during the financial year 2017-18 indicating also the details of its utilization?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) the number and locations of community centres in Islamabad; (b) the details of facilities available in those centres; and (c) whether there is any proposal to construct more such centres in Islamabad, if so, the proposed locations thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the present status of work on the project for making the Islamabad Express Way signal free and its conversion into five lanes indicating also the original and revised dates of completion of the same; (b) whether it is a fact that work on the portion of the said project from Gulberg underpass to GT road, Rawat has not been started so far, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which the same will be started and completed; and (c) whether it is also a fact that the work completed on the portion of the said project from Koral Chowk to Gulberg is substandard and the road has become bumpy, if so, the steps taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of disable persons who were provided health, education and training facilities by the Directorate General, Special Education, Islamabad during the last three years with year wise break indicating also the types of their disability; and (b) the steps taken by the said Directorate for the welfare of disabled persons in Islamabad?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to rehabilitate and widen the Murree Orchard road in front of village Morri, Islamabad, if so, when; and (b) whether any amount has been allocated for rehabilitation of the said road if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunications be pleased to state: (a) the percentage of population in the country which have access to the information Technology particularly to Internet; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to provide access to the said facilities throughout the country?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the date on which the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division last visited the parliament Lodges and MNA hostel to find out / see the overall position of repairing and maintenance of the same indicating also the findings thereof and remedial steps taken in this regard; (b) whether any action has been taken against the persons found negligent of repairing and maintenance of the said buildings, if so, their names and designation and the action taken against them; and (c) the steps taken / being taken to ensure cleanliness and repairing of the said buildings?
