Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state the names and grades of the officers in BPS-17 and above of the Ministry of Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs, its attached departments and sub-ordinate offices who have been retired compulsorily as punishment during the last five years with year wise break up indicating also the date and reasons of the same in each case?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the amount spent by the Government on the war against terror in the country during the last ten years with year wise and head wise break up; and (b) the amount received by the Government ,from the United States of America for controlling terrorism in the country during the said period with year wise head wise break up?

Will the Minister of Planning Development and Reforms be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Finance Division has launched a project for provision of facilities of fresh water treatment, water supply and distribution in Gawadar under the CPEC programme, if so, the details thereof; (b) the amount spent on the said project so far; and (c) the percentage of work completed on that project and the time by which the remaining work will be completed?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Finance Division has launched a project for construction of fish landing jetty and allied harbor facilities at Pishukan, Gawadar, if so, the details thereof; (b) the amount spent on the said project so far; and (c) the percentage of work completed on that project and the time by which the remaining work will be completed?

Will the Minister of Planning, Development and Reform be pleased to state the names of projects included in the CPEC programme with province wise break up indicating also the estimated cost and expected date of completion of each of the same?

Will the Minister Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the number of times for which the Jinnah International Airport was mortgaged for the exchange of Sakuk Bonds so far; and (b) the total value of the said bonds and the loans paid back against those mortgages in each case?

Will the Minister for Science and Technology be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Pakistan Council of Science and Technology advertised vacant posts including that of Research Officer against the quota of Sindh (Rural) on 12th March, 2015 and 28th August, 2016, if so, the names and details of the applicants who passed the written test for the said posts; (b) whether it is also a fact that appointments have not been made against the said posts so far; (c) whether it is further a fact that interviews have not been conducted for filling the posts of Research Officers against the quota of Sindh (Rural) despite the fact that test was conducted twice for the same, if so, the reasons thereof; and (d) whether it is also a fact that the said post is now being allotted to the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, if so, the details and reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Reforms be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government has prepared any overall feasibility report of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor; (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to make the said feasibility report available to the general public; and (c) whether the Government has conducted any study to assess the impacts of CPEC on the environment of the region particularly of Pakistan?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) Whether it is a fact that the Ministry of Industries and Production has launched a project for establishment of Bostan Industrial Estate in Balochistan, if so, the details of the project and the date of its launching; (b) the amount spent on the said project so far with head wise breakup; and (c) the percentage of work done so far on that project and the time by which it will be completed?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Ministry of Industries and Production has launched a project for establishment of Peshawar Light Engineering Center at Peshawar, if so, the details of the project and the date of its launching; (b) the amount spent on the said project so far with head wise breakup; and (c) the percentage of work done so far on that project and the time by which it will be completed?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Reform be pleased to state the details of estimated annual revenue to be accrued to Pakistan through various agreements between Pakistan and China made under the CPEC with project wise break-up?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the salary admissible to the persons working in the Federal Government Departments with grade wise break up; (b) whether it is a fact that in some of the said Departments Special Pay Scales and MP Scales have also been introduced; and (c) whether it is also a fact that there is difference in salaries of the persons working in the normal Pay Scales and those working in PSP and MP scales, if so, the legal justification thereof?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Reforms be pleased to state: (a) the steps taken by the present Government to avail the services of local manpower including labour, engineers and architects in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtukhwa for the construction works launched there under the EPEC programme with particular reference to the construction of Gawadar Industrial Zone; and (b) whether any arrangements have been made for teaching Chinese language to the said manpower in those provinces to enable them to get jobs in CPEC projects, if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state whether it is a fact that Pakistan Stone Development Company (PASDEC) provides machinery to the miners on rent basis, if so, the number of miners who were provided machinery on rent basis during the last two years indicating also the details of machinery so provided?

Will the Minister for Science and Technology be pleased to state the names of manufacturers of various items in the country who were penalized by the Pakistan Standard and Quality Control Authority for preparing substandard and harmful products during the last one year indicating also the details of penalty imposed in each case?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state whether it is a fact that Pakistan Steel Mills has not paid the amount of gratuity and provident fund to its retired employees since 2013, if so, the details and reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state the amount of funds received from USAID, UNICEF and JAICA for various projects in the country since 2012-2013 with year wise, project-wise and province-wise breakup indicating also the utilization of the same in each case?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state the amount provided for Pakistan Development Fund during the year 2013-14 with country-wise breakup?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the names of foreign countries and companies which have provided funds for various projects in the country during the last five years indicating also the name and location of the project in each case; and (b) whether the Government includes any condition regarding specification of quota for employment of locals in such projects at the time of entering into agreements with foreign countries and companies for funding the same?
