Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to slate: (a) the names of hospitals in Islamabad which presently have child psychiatry departments; (b) the number of children who were provided treatment in the said departments of those hospitals during the last three years; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to increase the capacity of the sale departments in those hospitals?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division he pleased to state whether any mechanism has been evolved by the Government to fix fee structure for the private and international schools in Islamabad, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state the role being played by NEPRA to ensure uninterrupted supply of electricity to the residents of Karachi by K-Electric?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division he pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the implementation of Smart School Project has been delayed, if so, the reasons thereof (b) whether it is a fact that 32 public sector educational institution have been selected for transformation into Smart Schools, if so, the number of the same transformed so far; and (c) the number of principals and teachers trained according to the concepts of smart schools so far?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state the details of the funds provided far development works in National Assembly constituencies out of the budget allocations and discretionary funds during the financial year 2015-16 and 2016-17 indicating also the details of development work, its present status and amount allocated for each constituency?

Will the Minister for Commerce and Textile be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that there is an unusual increase in the trade deficit of the country in the past few months, especially over $ 3.4 billion in the month of May, 2017, alone, if so, the reasons thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that the Government has announced Rs. 180 Billion subsidy package for textile, clothing, sports, surgical, leather and carpet sectors, if so, the time by which the same will be implemented; and (c) the steps proposed to be taken by the Government to curtail the ever rising trade deficit in the next financial year 2018-19?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation be pleased to state the names of national and international routes on which PIA has discontinued its flight operation during the last four years indicting also the reasons for the same in each case?

Will the Minister for Commerce and Textile be pleased to state the details of tax exemptions, subsidy on interest, tariff protection, provision of land on concessional rates or any other concession given to textile sector in the country during the last three years?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state the expenditures incurred on the construction of new International Islamabad Airport so far?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that CDA prepared a plan during the previous regime to set up a power house in Islamabad, if so, the details thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that construction work on the said project has not been started so far, if so, the reasons thereof; (c) the funds allocated for the said project, if any, and (d) the original estimated and revised cost of that project?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Government purchased MRI and CT Scan Machines for Capital Hospital, Islamabad from M/s Medi Equips in 2011 at a cost of Rs. 154.1 million with a two years warranty; (b) whether it is also a fact that the said Machines went out of order during the period of warranty but neither the warranty was claimed nor the machines were get repaired; and (c) whether any inquiry has been conducted against the persons responsible for the said negligence, if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Commerce and Textile be pleased to state the volume of exports to and import from the countries with which Pakistan has free trade agreements during the last three years?

Will the Minister for Commerce and Textile be pleased to state the volume of goods and services imported by Pakistan during the last four years with country wise break up and its comparison with the imports of those good and services from the said countries during the preceding 10 years?

Will the Minister for Commerce and Textile be pleased to state the number of textile industrial units in the country with city wise break up?

Will the Minister for Commerce and Textile be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the volume of exports of value added items has decreased during the tenure of present Government, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Commerce and Textile be pleased to state: (a) the steps taken by the Government to encourage the exports to export value added items instead of exporting the same in raw form; (b) the steps taken by the Government for the promotion of export of value added items during the last four years indicating also its impacts on the balance of trade of the country?

Will the Minister for Commerce and Textile be pleased to state the value of imports and exports of the country during the fiscal year 2016-17 and the names of major items imported and exported during that year?

Will the Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunications be pleased to state: (a) the steps taken by the Government for the promotion of ECommerce and online shopping in the country; and (b) whether there is any legal framework for regularization of the said sector, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the details of dams being constructed for provision of water to the New Islamabad Airport; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to acquire more land for the said Airport, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Commerce and Textile be pleased to state: (a) the names of the insurance companies operating at present in the country; (b) the name of the insurance companies which have been granted permission to work in the country during the last five years with year wise breakup; and (c) the number of persons who have been insured with the said companies during the last five year-wise and province-wise breakup?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of PIA employees presently posted abroad with province wise break up; and (b) the expenditure incurred by PIA on salary, allowances, boarding, lodging and other related expense of the said employees during the last one year?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the names of airlines against which the dues of CAA during the last one year are outstanding indicating also the name of airline and amount outstanding against it in each case; and (b) the steps taken by the Government to recover the said amount?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state whether it is fact that a number of Pakistani chairs in foreign universities are lying vacant for the last many years, if so, the reasons thereof and the steps being taken by the Government to fill the same?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to refer to the Senate starred question No. 21, replied on 22nd August, 2017 and state: (a) the names of the teachers in BPS-17 who are eligible for time scale promotion and whose ACRs have been completed; and (b) the reasons for not granting time scale promotion to the said teachers and the time by which the same will be granted?

Will the Minister for Commerce and Textile be pleased to state: (a) the details of MOU’s relating to trade and commerce signed between India and Pakistan during the last 10 years indicating also the names of those MOU’s which were converted in agreements; and (b) whether any clause relating to penalty on non-implementation of the agreement has been provided in any of those agreements, if so, the names of the same?
