Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes has imposed a fine of Dollar 700 million in the arbitration case of Turkish Rental Power Plant, Karkay and the Government has also to pay Dollar 5.6 million as monthly profit to the Plant, if so, the reasons for failure of the Government in the said case?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the Government of Pakistan and Azerbaijan signed an MoU for cooperation in the energy sector on 28th February, 2017, if so, the progress made on the same so far?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) the percentage of rural and urban areas in Sindh where the supply of gas has been provided for domestic and commercial purposes; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to provide the supply of gas to the remaining areas of that province?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the Government of Pakistan and Turkey signed an agreement for cooperation in the energy sector on 23rd February, 2017, if so, the progress made on the same so far?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia provided free of cost crude oil to Pakistan during the period from 2008 to 2010, if so, the details thereof; and (b) whether any foreign country is currently providing crude oil to Pakistan at lower than market price, if so, the name of such countries?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) the make, model and engine capacity of the vehicles being used by the officers and officials working in the office of the Minister for Power Division indicating also the expenditure incurred on fuel and maintenance of the same during the last four years, with year wise and month wise break up; and (b) whether it is a fact that the said persons are also getting conveyance allowance despite availing the said facility, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to refer to the Senate starred question No. 155 replied on 21st September, 2017 and state: (a) whether it is a fact that 70 plots were allocated in Cat-I under the Constitutional quota in Sector F-14 and 15 under the Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation (FGEHF) registration drive II but only 46 applicants were issued consent letters and the remaining plots went unallotted; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to allot the said unallotted plots of that quota in Sector F-14 and 15 to the employees of Constitutional bodies who registered themselves under the re-opened membership drive-II, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state whether it is a fact that establishment of two electricity complaint offices at Hali and Desra, Khanpur, Haripur have been approved but the same have not been established so far, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which the same will be established?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) the number of linemen posted for attending the complaints regarding electricity faults, in the WAPDA sub-division office, Khanpur, Thesil and District Haripur; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to increase the number of linemen in the said office, if so, when?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) the number of stay orders issued by the Islamabad High Court during the last four years indicating also the purpose of the same; (b) the number of the said stay orders withdrawn by that Court during the said period; and (c) the time line or period for which a stay order can be issued according to law?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) the detail of amount allocated, released and spent on the projects of power sector during the financial years 2008-09 to 2012-13 with project and year wise breakup; (b) whether it is a fact that work on a number of those projects was either stopped or slowed down due to which their cost was increased manifold, if so, the details of all those projects the cost of which has been increased; and (c) the steps being taken by the present Government to complete the said projects?

Will the Minister for Human Rights be pleased to state: (a) the details of International Conventions, Treaties, Rules and Guidelines related to child rights with particular reference to Girls child rights ratified by Pakistan so far; and (b) the details of the said Conventions, Treaties, Rules and Guidelines on which legislation has been made in the country so far indicating also their respective jurisdiction after the 18th Constitutional Amendment?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the names of training institutions working under the administrative control of the Ministry of Housing and Works for capacity building of its employees; (b) the names, educational qualifications and experience of the faculty members of the said institutions; (c) the details of syllabus taught or training being imparted in those institutions; (d) the number of persons imparted training by the said institutions during the year 2015-16 and 2016-17 with grade and post wise break up indicating also the expenditure incurred on the same; and (e) the steps being taken by the Government to improve the capacity of those institutions?

Will the Minister for Religious Affairs and Inter-Faith Harmony be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to bring the religious seminaries into the mainstream educational system in the country; and (b) whether any consultation has been made with various Boards of those seminaries for the said purpose, if so, the details thereof?
