Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government and Law and Justice Commission of Pakistan have taken notice that several persons who were convicted on different offences were exonerated by the higher courts after several years/decades; (b) if the answer to part(a)above is in the affirmative,whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to investigate such convictions from lower courts in order to identify lacunas at the part of executive and judiciary to hold responsibles in such cases; and (c) whether the Government is formulating outlines for bringing about Judicial reforms for speedy, effective and time bound delivery of justice along-with transparency in judicial system for litigants in order to ensure accountability at every stage; if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that metal speed breakers fixed on Highways of the country are dangerous for vehicles and traffic accidents are occurring daily on said Highways due to bursting of vehicles tyres; (b) if so; the steps being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) the province-wise length of operational and under construction Motorways in the country at present separately; and (b) the dates on which the under construction projects of Motorways will be completed?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) the details of medical and trauma centres on Highways and Motorways in the country at present; and (b) whether it is a fact that number of said centres are insufficient to cater needs of people in emergency?

Will the Minister for Science and Technology be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that number of laboratories for checking the sample of clean drinking water have been established in the country by the Pakistan Council of Research in Water Resources; if so, the total number thereof; (b) the other facilities available in said laboratories at present; (c) the performance made by said laboratories during the tenure of the present Government; and (d) whether it is also a fact that salaries have not been paid to employees working in said laboratories for the last two years; if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any mechanism to obtain funds from the Government for alignment of electricity lines/wires; if so, the details thereof; (b) whether there is also any mechanism to use funds by the Government itself for alignment of electricity lines and wires; if so, the details thereof; and (c) the reasons not to reserve funds for the alignment of electricity wires/lines by the Government itself particularly to align those electricity wires/lines which have been installed contrary to Electricity Act, 1910?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) the reasons of pilferage of electricity in the country at present; (b) the areas in the country where more electricity is being pilfered at present; and (c) whether it is a fact that employees of the WAPDA are involved in the said pilferage?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) the corruption/malpractices cases registered in the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) against the Evacuee Trust Property Board during the last five years; (b) whether it is also a fact that Ex-Chairman of the said Board was involved in mega corruption; if so, the details thereof; and (c) the action taken by NAB in this regard?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the construction work of Southern Bypass in Multan has not been completed by the Government so far; (b) if the answer to part (a) above is in the affirmative, whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to construct the remaining portions of said Bypass; (c) whether it is also a fact that the Northern Bypass in Multan is in a dilapidated condition; (d) if the answer to part (c) above is in the affirmative, whether there is also any proposal under consideration of the Government to renovate/repair the same?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact the Government has increased the Gas Infrastructure Development Cess (GIDC) from 100% to 200% on production of Gas; if so, the justification thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that the amount of Gas bill will be increased thereby; and (c) the steps taken to control the rates of ordinary usage items due to increase of GIDC?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Pakistan is producing the most costly electricity at present as compared to other countries of the region; if so, the reasons thereof; (b) if the answer to part (a) above is in the negative, the comparative analysis of the per unit cost of electricity with at least two countries of the region of Pakistan?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the pressure per square inch for Nowshera has dropped by 50% causing extreme public inconvenience; (b) f so, the measures are being taken to rectify the situation?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the SNGPL lines laid for domestic consumers throughout the country were subsequently provided to industries and commercial CNG stations; (b) whether it is also a fact that this led to low pressure in various localities all over the country; (c) if answers to part (a) and (b) above are in the affirmative, whether the Government is planning for provision of separate lines for industries/commercial uses in the best public interest?
