Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Islamabad Police releases persons arrested from Sheesha Centres after imposing fine; (b) whether it is also a fact that the released persons have opened Sheesha Centres again; (c) if the answers to the part (a) and (b) above are in the affirmative, the reasons for not taking legal action against the said persons; (d) the steps being taken for permanent closure of the Cafes and Sheesha Centres in Islamabad which started providing Sheesha again after imposition of fine; and (e) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to make new legislation in this regard; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the location-wise total number of defective tube wells in Islamabad at present; (b) the time by which these will be repaired; (c) the total expenditures to be incurred thereon along-with the details thereof; (d) whether these tube wells have become defective before completion of its tenure; if so, the action taken against the contractors of those tube-wells which got out of order before the stipulated period; and (e) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to recover the amount of defective tube wells from the concerned contractor; if so, when it will be implemented; if not, the reasons thereof?
