Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the Prime Minister has recently announced to establish two hundred bed hospital at the National Health Complex, Islamabad, if so, its details?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Planning and Development be pleased to state: (a) the number of cases of anomaly in salaries received from the officers in BPS 18 to 20 after the implementation of new pay scales; (b) the number of the said cases disposed off so far; and (c) the time by which remaining cases will be decided/disposed off?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Planning and Development be pleased to state: (a) whether it is fact that contingent debt is not accumulated / added in the overall external and indigenous debt of the country, if so, the reasons thereof (b) the exact figure of contingent debt of the country as of 15th March, 2008 and 15th March, 2012, respectively; and (c) the impact of contingent debt on the overall balance sheet of the country?

Will the Minister for Inter Provincial Co-ordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that vertical programmes like National Programmes on Malaria, TB, AIDs and EH were devolved to the provinces; and (b) whether it is also a fact that the said programmes have again been started at Federal level, if so, its reasons?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state the number of persons appointed in CDA on regular, daily wages, contract and adhoc basis since 15th March, 2008, with grade-wise and province-wise break-up?

Will the Minister for Capital Administration and Development be pleased to state: (a) the criteria adopted by the devolved Ministry of Health and Capital Administration and Development Division for granting permission to various companies for import of narcotics/psychotropic substances and the authority which approved that criteria; (b) the names, addresses and other particulars of the companies/firms/persons who imported narcotics/psychotropic substances during the last three years indicating also the names, International non-proprietary name, if any, and amount of drugs imported, the names and addresses of the firms from which imported and end use of the items so imported; (c) whether there is any check and balance on the use of the said items; and (d) whether the said companies/firms/persons met the criteria laid down for the said purpose, if not, the reasons for granting them the permission for the same and the authority which granted that permission?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) the minimum “Blood Count” required for promotion from B-19 to B-20; (b) the names of officers in B-19 who have been promoted to B-20 during the years 2010 and 2011; and (c) whether it is a fact that the existing criteria of “Blood Count” was not observed in the said promotions, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Planning and development be pleased to state: (a) the amount of loans granted by the Zari Taraqiati Bank of Pakistan to farmers since 2006 with year-wise and province-wise breakup; (b) whether it is a fact that the bank charges amount of insurance from borrowers, if so, the amount of insurance so charged; and (c) the amount of loans paid to farmers belonging to natural calamity and flood affected areas during the said period and concession, if any, provided to them in view of their sufferings?

Will the Minister for Capital Administration and Development.2 be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a ,fact that the Prime Minister has recently ordered promotion of teachers working in the colleges under the administrative control of Federal Directorate of Education, Islamabad, under time scale formula; (b) whether it is also a fact that in pursuance of the said orders the teachers in BPS-16 have been promoted on recommendations of DPC; and (c) whether it is further a fact that the teachers in BPS-17 and above have not been promoted so far, if so, its reasons and the time by which they will be promoted?

Will the Minister for Inter Provincial Co-ordination be pleased to state the number of persons appointed in HIV Aids, TB, Malaria and EPI Programmes during six months prior to 30th June, 2011 and six months after the devolution of Ministry of Health with province-wise breakup?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the names of parliamentarians, Defence officers,. judges, journalists and government officers with designation who have been allotted residential plots in Islamabad during the period of incumbent government indicating also the location and price of plot in each case; and (b) the procedure adopted for allotment of the said plots?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of Section Officers and Deputy Secretaries appointed under section 10 since January, 2010; (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government for induction of the said officers on permanent basis, if so, when; and (c) the criteria laid down for appointment and induction. of officers under section 10?
