Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state the names and designation of the officers in BPS-17 and above in the Ministry, its attached departments and subordinate offices who themselves or their spouses hold dual nationality indicating also the names of the countries of their nationality?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) the details of railways land leased out during the last 10 years; (b) the amount collected from the said lease so far; and (c) the criteria laid down for leasing out railways land?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) the present composition of the Railway Board; (b) the number of meetings of the Board held during the last three years and current year; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to include private members on the Board?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state the number of trains that were operational in 2008 and at present?

Will the Minister for Information & Broadcasting be pleased to state: (a) the number of persons appointed in Pakistan Television Corporation since July, 2008 with grade-wise and province-wise breakup; (b) the procedure adopted for these appointments; and (c) the details of promotions made in the Corporation during the said period?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state: (a) the balance sheet of PTV for the last four fiscal years; (b) whether audit of accounts of PTV for the said period has been conducted, if so, the details of irregularities, if any, reported in audit reports and action taken against the persons responsible; (c) whether any study was conducted currently to identify the financial weakness of the PTV, if so, the details thereof; and (d) the steps being taken by the Government to rationalize the spending/ expenditures of PTV?

Will the Minister for Defence be pleased to state: (a) whether or not drone attacks are taking place under agreement; the date since when these attacks are taking place, and the number of casualties occurred so far in these attacks, indicating separately the number of civilian casualties and the number of terrorists being killed; (b) the time up till which these attacks will continue and whether there is any strategy underway to stop these attacks or they will continue as usual?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) the profit earned and the losses sustained by the Pakistan Railways during the last three years with year-wise break-up; and (b) the subsidy / financial assistance given by the Government to Pakistan Railways during the said period with year-wise break-up?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state the income and expenditure of PTV during the last three years with year-wise and head-wise breakup and the subsidy given to PTV during the same period?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state: (a) the income and expenditure of Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation during the last three years with year-wise breakup; and (b) whether any amount was provided by the Government to the Corporation as financial assistance / support during the same period, if so, the amount so provided?

Will the Minister for National Regulations and Services be pleased to state: (a) the number of multinational pharmaceutical companies working in Pakistan; (b) the number of local pharmaceutical companies working in the country; (c) whether it is fact that sub-standard and unregistered medicines are sold in the open market; and (d) whether there is any mechanism for monitoring the pharmaceutical business in the country; if so, the reasons for failure of the monitoring mechanism to control the sale of unregistered and sub-standard medicines in the open market?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state: (a) the date of installation of TV booster at Laram, District Dir Payeen; and (b) whether it is a fact that the booster is being run on trail basis, if so, its reasons and the time by which it will be operated on regular basis?

Will the Minister for Defence Production be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Heavy Industries Taxila manufactures APCs named “Muhafiz & Talha”; (b) whether it is also a fact that Sindh Police, Punjab Police and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police have purchased these APCs from Heavy Industries Taxila; (c) whether it is further a fact that these APCs are of poor quality and failed to serve the purpose; and (d) if so, the steps being taken by Heavy Industries Taxila to improve the standard of these APCs?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that USAID funded a programme titled “Sim Sim Hamara” recently telecast by PTV, if so, the terms and conditions of the telecast; (b) the revenue generated by PTV from the said programme; and (c) the number of employees of PTV who remained engaged with the said programme?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state the names of countries with which Pakistan has dual citizenship agreements indicating also the year of enactment of agreement with each country?

Will the Minister for Defence be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to purchase new aircrafts for PIA, if so, its details?

Will the Minister for Defence be pleased to state: (a) the number of PIA flights which got late/delayed during the last financial year indicating also the destination of those flights, names of airports at which these got late and the fine, if any, paid by PIA for delay in each case; (b) the names and designation of the persons responsible for the said delay and the action taken against them; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to avoid delay in departure and arrival of PIA flights?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) the number of persons working in Pakistan Railways at present; (b) the number of trains with Pakistan Railways which are operational at present; and (c) the per train ratio of employees working in Pakistan Railways and the international standard in this regard?

Will the Minister for Defence be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the bereaved families of the passengers who lost their lives in the crash of plane of Air Blue in Islamabad have not been paid compensation by the concerned airline so far, if so, the action taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Defence be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that insurance of passengers by Airlines is compulsory under the International Civil Aviation Rules; (b) whether the airlines which have been granted licenses by the Civil Aviation Authority of Pakistan are also bound to get insured their passenger, if not, its reasons and, if yes the action taken by the Government against the airlines not abiding the rule; and (c) the amount paid by the insurance companies / airlines concerned to the bereaved families of passengers of major international airlines in case of air crash and the amount being paid to the bereaved families of passengers of Pakistani Airlines in such cases?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the names of the private security agencies working in the country indicating also the name of the owner and year of issuance of licenses in each case; and (b) the names of private security agencies licenses of which have recently been canceled and the reasons far cancellation in each case?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the number of cases of stove burning, honour killings, wanni and domestic violence against women registered in the country from 2009 to 2011; and (b) the steps taken by the Government to control such crimes?

Will the Minister for Defence be pleased to state: (a) the salary, allowances and other fringe benefits admissible to the officers of the rank of Lieutenant General and above in Pakistan Army, Navy and Air Force; (b) the age limit fixed for superannuation of the said officers; (c) the details of pension, allowances and fringe benefits admissible to the said officers on their retirement; (d) the details of pension and other facilities admissible to the widows of the said officers; (e) whether plots / houses are allotted to the said officers or their widows on ownership basis, if so; its details; and (f) the procedure laid down for allotment of the said plots?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Government has offered compensation to the victims of various terrorist attacks in the country carried out during the period March, 2008 to 2012; if so, its details; and (b) whether any inquiry report of those incidents has been submitted before the Parliament if so, its details thereof?
