Will the Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunications be pleased to refer to the Senate starred question No. 37, replied on 5th September, 2012 and state: (a) whether the National Telecommunication Corporation is authorized to lay submarine cables, if so, the specific provision in Act/Rules which empower the Corporation to do so; and (b) whether the said Corporation can negotiate with any national or international financial institution for seeking funds for their projects without the approval of Economic Affairs Division, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state whether the persons having dual nationality are eligible for appointment in Judiciary?

Will the Minister for Postal Services be pleased to state: (a) the number of post offices in Rawalpindi region; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to establish new post offices in the region, if so, its details?

Will the Minister for Postal Services be pleased to state the revenue earned by Pakistan post offices during the last five years and details of its utilization with year-wise and head-wise break up?

Will the Minister for Postal Services be pleased to state: (a) the nature of services being provided by Pakistan Post Office Department indicating also the charges of each service; (b) the details of increase made in the charges of each service during the last five years indicating also the income and expenditure of the Department during the said period with year-wise breakup; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to improve these services?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) the names, designation and names of departments of the officers/ officials of the Federal and Provincial Governments against whom cases of corruption were registered with NAB from 2008 to 2011 and the amount embezzled by each of them; and (b) the steps taken by NAB to recover the said amount?

Will the Minister for Education and Trainings be pleased to state: (a) the funds provided by the Government to each University in public and private sector from 2008 to 2012; and (b) the criteria laid down for provision of funds to Universities?
