Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) the levels of hunger and malnutrition in the country in February 2008 and at present; (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to launch Zero Hunger Plan in the country, if so, its details; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to revitalize agriculture production and rationalize pricing mechanism in order to minimize / eliminate hunger and malnutrition in the country?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) the number of permits issued by the Ministry for transportation of cattle and poultry to Afghanistan during the last four years; (b) the number of cattle and poultry transported to Afghanistan through these permits; and (c) the criteria adopted for the issuance of permits?

Will the Minister for Foreign Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the names, parentage, educational qualifications and place of domicile of the persons appointed as 1st Secretary, 2nd Secretary and 3rd Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs without qualifying GSS examination during the last four years indicating also the authority which accorded approval for appointment in each case; and (b) the reasons for making the said appointments without adhering the normal procedure of appointment against such posts and the rules under which those appointments were made?

Will the Minister for Foreign Affairs be pleased to state the steps being taken by the Government to guarantee Pakistan’s sovereignty and formulate Pakistan’s foreign policy in adherence to the Principles of Policy as stated in Article 40 of the Constitution of Pakistan?

Will the Minister for Foreign Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the date of sale of building of Pakistan Embassy in Jakarta, Indonesia, indicating also the price at which it was sold; (b) the reasons for selling the building; (c) the authority which approved the selling and procedure adopted to sale it out; and (d) the name and address of the buyer of the building?

Will the Minister for Foreign Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the number of Pakistanis imprisoned abroad at present with country-wise breakup; and (b) the nature of support / assistance being provided by Pakistani missions to the said prisoners?

Will the Minister for Foreign Affairs be pleased to state whether the Ministry of Foreign Affairs deals with complaints against Embassies/ Missions in Islamabad, if so, the details of complaints received against each of them during the last three years and action taken thereon?

Will the Minister for Foreign Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the details of buildings owned by the Government of Pakistan in foreign countries sold since January, 2000; (b) the criteria adopted for determining the price and to sell the said buildings; and (c) whether it is a fact that in some of the countries where the said buildings were sold, Pakistan has hired buildings for its embassies and other offices, if so, the amount paid as rent of those buildings during the said period?

Will the Minister for Foreign Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the date of sale of building of Pakistan Embassy in Tokyo, Japan, indicating also the price at which it was sold; (b) the reasons for selling the building; (c) the authority which approved the selling and procedure adopted to sale it out; and (d) the name and address of the buyer of the building?

Will the Minister for Foreign Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the number of fishermen released by the Government of India and Pakistan since 15-3-2008 ; and (b) the number of fishermen still held by these countries?

Will the Minister for Textile Industry be pleased to state: (a) the number of Textile Mills running in the country; and (b) number of textile units closed down in Pakistan due to power shortage and have shifted to Bangladesh?

Will the Minister for Foreign Affairs be pleased to state the names of persons appointed on deputation basis in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs during the last four years indicating also the grades and posts held by them in their parent departments and the grades and posts for which their services were requisitioned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs:

Will the Minister for Industries be pleased to state: (a) the names, designations and addresses of the employees appointed in the National Fertilizer Corporation on regular and contract basis since 1st January, 2010; (b) whether the above said posts were advertised, if so, the names and dates of publication of the newspapers in which, those advertisements were published and if not, the reasons thereof and (c) whether written tests / interviews were held for those posts, if so, the date of the same and if not, the reasons thereof.?

Will the Minister for Foreign Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the number of persons with station wise break-up working in Pakistan embassy/mission in Australia; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to reduce the number of those employees, if so, its details?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state the names and designation of the officers in BPS-17 and above in the Ministry, its attached departments, corporations and subordinate offices who themselves or their spouses hold dual nationality indicating also the names of the countries of their nationality?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) the details of expenditures of Ministry of Commerce, its attached departments, subordinate offices and corporations during the last three years with head-wise and year-wise break up; and (b) the steps taken / being taken by the Government to reduce the said expenditure?

Will the Minister for Industries be pleased to state the impact of shortage of energy on industrial sector and the remedial steps taken in this regard?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) the percentage of Pakistan’s share in global trade as on October, 1999, March, 2008 and October, 2012; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to enhance Pakistan’s share in global trade?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) the benefits to Pakistan’s trade / exports as a consequence of the EU’s decision to give enhanced market access to Pakistan through the Autonomous Trade preferences and GSP plus scheme; and (b) the period for which Pakistan have the benefit of this decision?
