Will the Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunications be pleased to refer to the Senate starred question No. 37, replied on 5th September, 2012 and state: (a) whether the National Telecommunication Corporation is authorized to lay submarine cables, if so, the specific provision in Act/Rules which empower the Corporation to do so; and (b) whether the said Corporation can negotiate with any national or international financial institution for seeking funds for their projects without the approval of Economic Affairs Division, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Postal Services be pleased to state: (a) the number of post offices in Rawalpindi region; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to establish new post offices in the region, if so, its details?

Will the Minister for Capital Administration and Development be pleased to state: (a) the number of Trained Under Graduate Teachers (BPS-14) promoted as Trained Graduate Teacher (BPS-16) w.e.f 1st January 2011 vide Federal Directorate of Education notification of dated 16th May, 2011; and (b) whether it is a fact that salaries of those teachers have not been fixed in BPS-16 so far, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which the salaries will be fixed?

Will the Minister for Capital Administration and Development be pleased to state: (a) the details of cases of corruption, misappropriation of medicines, misappropriation of funds, theft of various items / equipments / vehicles etc. lodged against the officers officials, doctors and other staff of PIMS during the last five financial years indicating also the names and designations of the persons involved and present status of the cases; and (b) the details of recovery made so far in those cases?

Will the Minister for Capital Administration and Development be pleased to state: (a) the amount spent on Establishment and renovation of Centre for Liver Diseases and Liver Transplant in PIMS so far with head-wise and year-wise break-up; and (b) the amount paid as salary, allowances and other fringe benefits to the persons working in the centre so far with head-wise and year-wise break-up?
