Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) the names of new motorways under construction; (b) the amount allocated for each of the said motorways in the current budget; and (c) the amount spent so far on each of the said motorways?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) the names, designation and names of departments of the officers/ officials of the Federal and Provincial Governments against whom cases of corruption were registered with NAB from 2008 to 2011 and the amount embezzled by each of them; and (b) the steps taken by NAB to recover the said amount?

Will the Ministerfor Postal Services be pleased to state: (a) the number of persons who are receiving amount from enazir Income Support Programme through post offices in Rawalpindi Region with post office-wise breakup; and (b) the number of complaints received against the employees of the said post offices in connection with delivery / provision of that amount to the said persons indicating also the names of employees against whom the complaint was received and action taken against them?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state the financial losses suffered by the country on account of road damages caused due to NATO supply during the last 4-1/2 years with year-wise break-up and steps taken to arrange finances for repairs thereof?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) the number of roads and bridges destroyed due to floods in the country during 2010, 2011 and 2012; and (b) the amount earmarked and spent on reconstruction / repair of the said roads and bridges so far?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to plant lives and palm saplings in the country during the next plantation drive, if so, its details; and (b) the number of saplings planted in the country during the last five years with location-wise breakup?

Will the Minister for Education and Trainings be pleased to refer to Senate starred question No.48, replied on 12th October, 2012 and state: (a) the authority which approved the transfer of an amount of Rs.794.127 million to a private account titled “Basic Education Community Schools Project” in NBP, Aabpara Branch, Islamabad; (b) the date of opening of the said account; and (c) whether it is fact that rules and regulations do not allow transferring of such amount in a private account, if so, the action taken against the persons responsible for the same?
