Will the Minister for Housing be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Government invited tenders and awarded contract for construction of Houses in the Officers Housing Scheme, Kurri Road, Islamabad, if so, the date on which the tenders were invited, particulars of tenders and the details of the contract so awarded; (b) whether it is also a fact that said contract has been cancelled, if so, its reasons; and (c) whether it is further a fact that the new tenders are being invited for the said scheme, if so, the time by which the tenders will be invited and the process of awarding the contract will be completed?

Will the Minister for Housing be pleased to state the ratio of land development charges and cost of plot / land levied by the Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation and the Pakistan Housing Authority on each of their individual project(s) in Islamabad?

Will the Minister for Housing be pleased to state whether it is a fact that service charges @ 16 percent are being charged from the Government officers who have been allotted houses in Officer’s Housing Scheme, Korri Road, Islamabad, if so, its reasons?

Will the Minister for Housing be pleased to state the names and designation of the officers who have been allotted houses in Officers’ Housing Scheme, Kurri Road, Islamabad, with category wise break up indicating also the amount of down payment and each installment fixed as well as deposited by each allottee so far?

Will the Minister for Housing be pleased to state: (a) the names, educational qualifications and experience of Directors and other officials working on the Officers’ Housing Scheme, Kurri Road, Islamabad; and (b) the name and previous experience of the company / firm / contractor executing the said scheme?

Will the Minister for Housing be pleased to state: (a) the schedule of completion of work on the Officers Housing Scheme, Kurri Road, Islamabad, which was intimated to the allottees; (b) whether it is a fact that work on said scheme is not being completed according to the said schedule, if so, its reasons; and (c) the percentage of work completed on the said scheme so far and the time by which remaining work will be completed?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state the present stage of the work on Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India (TAPI) Gas Project?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the ratio of energy mix as on March, 2008 and at present; (b) whether it is a fact that the ratio of energy mix has unprecedentedly changed during the last 4-1/2 years, if so, the reasons thereof; (c) whether any study has been conducted to identify reasons for the said change, if so, the details thereof; and (d) the steps being taken by the Government to balance the energy mix?

Will the Minister for Human Resource Development be pleased to state: (a) the functions of Department of Workers Welfare Fund; (b) whether it is a fact that Workers Welfare Fund has not been devolved to the provinces under 18th amendment in the Constitutions, if so, its reasons; and (c) whether it is also a fact that the amount in the Workers Welfare Fund has not been handed over to the provinces so far, if so, its reasons indicating also the amount of funds and the details of its utilization?

Will the Minister for Housing be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation recently launched membership drive for registration for Federal Government Employees to provide them plots, if so, the number of employees registered under that drive so far; (b) the amount collected from the applicants and details of its utilization; and (c) whether it is also a fact that no housing scheme for allotment of plots has been launched for the registered employees so far, if so, its reasons and the steps taken to launch scheme in proper CDA sector?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state the names of Mohallahs / areas of Bhakkar city to which natural gas has not been supplied so far and the time by which the same will be supplied to those Mohallahs / areas?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state the steps taken by the Government for solution of energy shortage?

Will the Minister for Housing be pleased to state: (a) the sectors earmarked for allotment of plots to Government employees in Islamabad, indicating the years in which these were developed; (b) the number of plots earmarked for allotment to Government employees in each of the said sectors; and (c) the steps taken by the Government to open new sectors for allotment of plots to age-wise eligible employees, retired or retiring, after opening of the last such sector?

Will the Minister for Housing be pleased to state: (a) the details of the per unit cost conveyed to the allottees of the Officers’ Housing Scheme, Kurri Road, Islamabad, in January, 2011; (b) whether it is a fact that the said cost/price has latter been revised upward, if so, its details and reasons; (c) whether it is also a fact that according to schedule conveyed to allottees in January, 2011, the scheme was to be completed within three years; (d) whether it is further a fact that the work on the scheme is far behind the schedule, if so, its reasons; and (e) whether the allottees of the scheme are entitled for refund without any deduction on account of delay in completion of the scheme, if so, the procedure prescribed for it?

Will the Minister for Housing be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Government Employees Housing Foundation charged development charges from the allottees in its projects in Sector D- 12, E-12 and G-13@ per square yard; and (b) whether it is also a fact that the allottees of Houses in Officers’ Housing Scheme, Kurri Road, Islamabad, are being charged development charges on the basis of total cost of land acquired for the scheme, if so, the reasons for this discrimination and the rate of development charges that runs into per square yard for this scheme?

Will the Minister for Housing be pleased to state: (a) the per square yard price of land acquired/purchased by the Government for the Officers’ Housing Scheme, Kurri Road, Islamabad; (b) the per square yard price being charged by the Government .from the officers who have been allotted plots in the said scheme; and (c) the per square yard development charges being charged from the allottees of the scheme?
