Will the Minister for Postal Services be pleased to state the number of post offices established in the country during the last four years with province-wise and district-wise breakup?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) the present status of roads connecting Gawadar Port; (b) the amount spent on the said roads since March, 2008 with year-wise and road-wise break up; (c) whether it is a fact that the said roads have not been completed within stipulated period, if so, the reasons thereof; and (d) the steps being taken by the Government for completion of road projects at the earliest?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) the details of cases lying pending in each High Court with category-wise break-up; and (b) the reasons for not disposing off the said cases so far and the time by which the same will be disposed off?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) the details of cases lying pending in the Supreme Court of Pakistan with category-wise break-up;. and (b) the reasons for not disposing off the said cases so far and the time by which the same will be disposed off?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) the details of suo moto action taken by the Supreme Court of Pakistan since 2009; (b) the number of the said cases disposed off so far; and (c) the number of the said cases lying pending at present and the time by which the same will be disposed off?

Will the Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunications be pleased to state: (a) the amount of funds available with Universal Service Fund (USF) at present; and (b) the source of income of Universal Service Fund?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Loralai-D. G. Khan road is in dilapidated condition, if so, the steps being taken by the Government for its rehabilitation; and (b) whether it is also a fact that work on second phase, from Loralai to Khajori via Mekhtar, has not been started so far, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which it will be started?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to refer to the Senate starred question No.72, replied on 20th December, 2012 and state the names of superior courts judges having dual nationality?

Will the Minister for Human Rights be pleased to state: (a) the salient feature of Human Rights Relief Fund, Relief and Revolving Fund, Women in Distress and Detention Fund, Arsh, Diyat and Damen Fund and Benazir Bhutto Human Rights Fund; (b) the amount allocated and released for each Fund during the last four financial years with year-wise break-up; (c) the number of beneficiaries of each Fund since its inception, with year-wise break-up; and (d) the steps being taken by the Government to enhance the spectrum of those Funds?
