Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the contract for Karachi - Hyderabad Motorway (M-9) project was awarded to a Malaysian Company ‘Vinapuri’ on the basis of BOT; (b) whether it is also a fact that the said contract has been cancelled, if so, the reasons therefore; and (c) the time by which the construction of the said motorway will be restarted?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state.. (a) the length of motorway from Faisalabad to Multan to be constructed; (b) the time by which the construction of said motorway will be completed; and (c) the estimated cost of the project?
