Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the amount spent by the Government on the war against terror in the country during the last ten years with year wise and head wise break up; and (b) the amount received by the Government from the United States of America for controlling terrorism in the country during the said period with year wise and head wise break up?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Reforms be pleased to state the details of estimated annual revenue to be accrued to Pakistan through various agreements between Pakistan and China made under the CPEC with project wise break-up?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state; (a) whether it is a fact that the Finance Division has launched a project for construction of fish landing jetty and allied harbor facilities at Surbandar, East Bay Gwadar, if so, the details thereof; (b) the amount spent on the said project so far; and (c) the percentage of work completed on that project and the time by which the remaining work will be completed?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the number of posts of Customs Inspectors became vacant in Customs Collectorate, Quetta during the last five years with year wise break up; and (b) whether it is a fact that despite conducting the departmental promotion examination for filling the posts of customs inspectors, some 30 posts in the said Collectorate have still not been filled in, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the number of posts of Customs Inspectors became vacant in FBR during the last five year with year wise and collectorate wise break up; and (b) the number of the said posts filled through direct recruitment, regular promotions and out of turn promotions, separately, during that period with year wise and collectorate wise break up?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the amount of circular debt at present; and (b) the head under which the said debt has been reflected in the annual report of the State Bank of Pakistan, 2016-2017?

Will the Minister for Statistics be pleased to state: (a) the mechanism adopted for conducting the census, 2017 in the country indicating also the name of authority which supervised the same; and (b) whether any petition has been filed against the said census, if so, the name of court and the plea taken by the petitioner in each case?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to reduce taxes on setting up of new Industries and businesses in order to encourage local investors to boost economy of the country?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the amount being paid by the Government as interest or mark up on foreign loans on annual basis indicating also the names of organizations to which the same is being paid; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to get rid of the foreign loans?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the target fixed for revenue collection and the actual revenue collected during the fiscal year 2016-17; and (b) whether it is a fact that the target for revenue collection could not be met during the said fiscal year, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Reforms be pleased to state whether it is a fact that a number of power projects under CPEC have been shelved, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state whether it is fact that the amount of withholding tax being collected by the cellular companies from the consumers is not being deposited in the National Exchequer, if so, the steps being taken by the Government to recover the same?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the names of taxes being collected from mobile phone consumers in the country; (b) the amount collected from the said taxes during the last four years; and (c) whether the said amount collected from those taxes was deposited in the national exchequer?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the names of public and private sector banks operating in the country at present indicating also the number of PLS and Current Accounts in the same during the last five years with year wise break up; and (b) the names of private banks which were registered or allowed to operate in the country during the last five years with year-wise break up?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state the rate of inflation registered in the country during the last five years with year-wise breakup and the steps being taken by the Government to control the same?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state the number of persons who have been provided financial assistance under the Waseela-e-Taleem scheme of the Benazir Income Support Programme during the last two years with year wise and province wise break up?

Will the Minister for Science and Technology be pleased to state the names of manufacturers of various items in the country who were penalized by the Pakistan Standard and Quality Control Authority for preparing substandard and harmful products during the last one year indicating also the details of penalty imposed in each case?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state whether it is fact that millions of dollars are being smuggled out of the country every year, if so, the steps taken by the present Government to control the same?

Will the Minister for Privatization be pleased to state; (a) the procedure laid down for privatization of public entities in the country; (b) whether any complaint of any irregularity in privatization of public entities and been received during the tenure of present Government, if so, the details thereof; and (c) the steps taken by the present Government to make the process of privatization of public entities transparent?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to privatize Pakistan Steel Mills?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) the production of steel by Pakistan Steel Mills at present and during the last five years with year wise break up; (b) the revenue earned by the said Mills during the said period indicating also the percentage increase or decrease in the same at present; and (c) the steps taken by the present Government to improve the production of those Mills?

Will the Minister for Statistics be pleased to state: (a) the population of district Musakhel as per result of the Census, 2017; and (b) the population of the divisions and district of Balochsitan as per results of the Census 1998 and 2017?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state the percentage increase made in the salaries, allowances and other fringe benefits of the employees of Supreme Court, President House, Prime Minister’s Office, Benazir Income Support Programme, Federal Board of Revenue and National Accountability Bureau during the last four years with year wise breakup?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state the amount of domestic and foreign loans obtained by the Government during the period from 2008 to 2013 indicating also the purpose for which the same was obtained?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the total amount of debt taken by the Government from the State Bank of Pakistan since 2013 with year wise breakup; and (b) whether it is a fact that the amount of said loan has increased during the current year than the previous years, if so, the reasons thereof and the steps taken by the Government to control the said practice?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the procedure and terms & conditions laid down for opening of a bank account by Private Limited Companies registered with SECP in public and private sector banks and foreign banks in the country with bank wise break up; and (b) whether the banks has the power to refuse the opening of account to any of those companies despite the fulfilling of the said procedure and terms and conditions, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Science and Technology be pleased to state the progress made so far on implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed between the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radio Electronics, Minsk, Belarus and COMSATS Institution of Information Technology, Islamabad on 11th August, 2015?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the details of direct and indirect taxes levied in the country at present; (b) the amount collected through direct and indirect taxes separately, during the last five years; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to reduce the indirect taxes and increase the direct taxes?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the amount collected under the head of petroleum development levy during the last three years with year wise break up; (b) the details of projects completed through the said amount during that period indicating also the expenditure incurred on each of the same; and (c) whether it is a fact that the amount collected under the said levy has been transferred to other sectors or has been used to finance the budget deficit during that period, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the investment made or received in the National Saving Schemes during the last five years with scheme wise break up; and (b) the steps taken by the present Government to attract more investments in the said schemes?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the “Government has been issued a coin of Rs. 100 on which only the words”Government of Pakistan” have been engraved instead of words” Islamic Republic of Pakistan”, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the amount of deposits in the National Savings at present; (b) the details of sectors in which the said amount has been invested indicating also the income being received from the same; and (c) the details of profit or interest paid by the said scheme to depositors and pensioners during the last five years?

Will the Minister for Science and Technology be pleased to state: (a) the detail of Milk and Water brands which were declared unsafe for the use of human beings in the light of recent Supreme Courts decision / directions; (b) action taken against the companies which are producing substandard brands; and (c) the names of milk and water brands which were cleared by PCSIR for the usage of human beings?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the impact of real estate evaluation on the collection of revenue in terms of percentage since its introduction; and (b) whether an impact analysis has been conducted after the introduction of the said real estate evaluation by the Government, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Reforms be pleased to state: (a) the details of loans being provided or to be provided to Pakistan under the CPEC progrmme indicating also the nature, interest rate and period of repayment of the same; and (b) whether it is fact that the interest rate on the said loans has increased up to 12% at present?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the mechanism devised by FBR to estimate the tax on cellular companies in the country; (b) whether it if a fact that said companies evade billions of rupees in lieu of taxes due to the FBR’s inability to properly analyze their transaction data to calculate the amount of payable taxes, if so, the steps taken by the Government to stop tax evasion by those companies and to impose penalties on them for the same?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the number of Government Employees at present; (b) the number of the said employees being paid house rent allowance as part of their salaries at present; and (c) the estimated financial impact in case the said employees are paid rental ceiling with their salaries instead of house rent allowance?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economics Affairs be pleased to state the steps being taken by the Government to introduce interest free economic system in the country?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that there is no branch of National Bank of Pakistan in district Torghar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa; and (b) whether it is also a fact that the Finance Division has approved the establishment of a branch of the said Bank in that District vide its letter No. 1(7)Bkg. 111/2017 but the same has not been established so far, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which it will be established?
